We had great time here - surely will return someday!

The place is great, with a fantastic view on the bay (we stayed in apt. no. 5). The house is visible from the beach, it's a little walk uphill, but shops, restaurants are very near. Parking is great (though need some skills as the access road is quite narrow). Konstantin is a very helpful and great host (thanks for the advice for Morinj Beach and also Hipnos restaurant with great pizza and also great cevapi). Beds and sofa were comfy. Wifi is properly working.

The only thing I have to mention here is the somewhat lack of cleaning we experienced upon arrival (there was obvious dust and dirt on the floor, even some unknown "remains" under the chest of drawers - hopefully it was just some rotten drop of fruit and not something else...). Please do some proper cleaning (vacuum and mop up) next time! Oh, and maybe a free coffee machine would be kind (we had our own so it was not a real issue for us).

Modern place, great hosts

Modern and well maintained apartments. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. We had ground floor room it did not get hot during the day and had very spacious patio. Wi Fi connection was good too.

Peaceful, quiet, comfortable!

Hosts were welcoming and attentive! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and it's very peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed spending evenings on the apartment patio with a glass of wine.

A great place for excursions around the Bay of Kotor.

Great apartment with with a pleasant terrace, comfortable beds, sunblinds and AC in every room, free parking, good WiFi and even a package of adult channels on TV :D A small set of local wines and mineral water was also a nice surprise. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In general - great value for money. I have to admit that this is one of the few places in Montenegro that I would like to come back to.

Only one toilet in the apartment for 6 people.

a place with great view and great potential. with a bit more attention from the owners, it would be a 10/10

- absolutely fantastic view and wonderful terrasse (we were at apartment #6 with a super large terrasse ) - a nice apartment with two bedrooms (each with a gorgeous view and separate terraces)), ,living room,, good bathroom - a very nice little village, with a nice beach, not too crowded yet very beautiful

- several equipments not functioning and we were not told before asking for it (ex: tv had no remote so we couldn’t watch tv, outside lights didn’t work so there was no light on the terrasse) - the apartment is totally empty: no salt, pepper, sugar, kits one toilet paper roll. it would have been nice to have just a few basic things for the guests - there is a dog breeding place just next door to the apartment so we had dogs barking everyday at 5am - very loud

Apartment is not very clean and new. Risan is small village without good beaches and you need 30 min and more to get Kotor.

Отличный отдых на Которском заливе.

Апартаменты полностью оправдали наши ожидания: 2 большущие комнаты, спальня и гостиная с большим диваном, каждая со своим балконом, с которого открывается отличный вид на Которский залив, даже виден водопад близ Рисана. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым для длительного отдыха, в т.ч. стиральной машиной, моющие средства также предоставлялись. Что порадовало, на кухне были оливковое масло, бальзамич. уксус, соль, перец, те необходимые вещи, которых требуется немного, а если покупать в магазине, то ненужный большой объем. Константин говорит по-русски, поэтому у нас не было никаких проблем с общением, дал нам множество полезных советов. Пешком до пляжа Рисана и супермаркета 10-15 минут. Интернет отличный.

Это не минус квартиры, это скорее совет гостям: машину нужно брать компактную, т.к. в городе Рисан ( как впрочем и других старых городках Черногории) очень узкие улочки, маневрировать на склонах да еще и в узких проходах непросто))

Превосходно!

Впечатления от апартаментов отличные! Удобное расположение относительно моря, ближайших достопримечательностей и магазина. Красивый вид из окон! Ухоженная территория с садом! В апартаментах есть все необходимое для длительного проживания! Чисто, уютно! Удобная кровать с качественным постельным бельем. Отдельное спасибо Константину за радушный прием! Мы с удовольствием приедем еще!

Всё было просто великолепно

Понравилось абсолютно всё!!! Все очень удобно. Наличие парковки. Вид шикарный на бухту и горы. В номерах всё есть. Что для меня очень важно, отличные постельные принадлежности. Константин очень радушно нас встретил, всё объяснил, рассказал не только про виллу , но и где покушать, что посмотреть, где лучше оставлять машину, когда мы куда-то едем. По любому вопросу сказал, чтобы обращались к нему. Не хотелось уезжать. Мечтаем, опять вернуться и остановиться именно на этой вилле.

Świetny apartament ze wspaniałym widokiem :) Wyposażenie świetne - mieliśmy wszystko co potrzebne, od pralki wraz z kapsułkami do prania, przez kawe i herbate po suszarkę do włosów i lodówkę. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, powiedzial nam wszystko co ważne, rozmawia po angielsku. Sprawnie odpowiadał na wiadomosci i prośby w trakcie pobytu.

Mało miejsca parkingowych przez co goście zastawiali swoje samochody. Woda kapała z klimatyzacji, ale działała dobrze mimo wszystko.

Wunderschöne ruhige Unterkunft

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Waschmaschine! Es war einwandfrei sauber und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist nah zur Promenade von Risan. Der Ort an sich ist eher klein, aber ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in beide Richtungen - nach Kotor und Herceg Novi. Konstantin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar war und auch Tipps für Ausflüge hat! Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Апартамент находится в поселке Рисан, недалеко от Пираста и Котора. Приятное заселение, управляющий Константин все четко и ясно объяснил. Квартира укомплектована всем необходимым для проживания, вид из окон спален и террасы потрясающие. Фото соответствуют описанию на Букинге. По необходимости предоставили дополнительные одеяла. Так как были на машине для нас была важна парковка, она есть на территории апартаментов, что очень удобно. Недалеко от апартаментов есть магазин, кафе. небольшой пляж.

Я бы добавила возможность предоставления уборки раз в 3-4 дня. И лучше приезжать на машине,т.к. апартаменты находятся на подъеме.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Mieliśmy przyjemność mieszkać tam przez ok 1 tydzień i na prawdę była to przyjemność. Zaczynając od właściciela, który służył zawsze pomocą i podpowiedzią np. gdzie smacznie zjeść, poprzez dobrą lokalizację domu, który oddalony jest od głównej drogi, a co za tym idzie jest cicho i spokojnie, a kończąc na samym apartamencie, który jest dobrze wyposażony, wygodny, czystt, a przede wszytskim duży. Łóżka duże i wygodne.

Super, ruim appartement

Fijn ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn bed en fijne douche. Parkeren op het terrein. De weg ernaartoe is even steil omhoog, maar hier wen je al snel aan

Het is een klein stukje de berg op, dus even lopen naar de supermarkt of het water duurt hierdoor iets langer. Wij pakten gewoon de auto en zette hem bij de haven gratis weg. Af en toe een rioollucht in de badkamer, maar ik denk dat dat nu eenmaal hier soms gebeurd. Ons appartement was op de 3e verdieping en er zijn alleen trappen.
