Great location, we had a beautiful room. Yummy breakfast and really enjoyed the town of Persat. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we had to repeatedly ask for tea and coffee cups and glasses for the water. But it was the only thing slightly irritating.!! Everything else was good.

No gym within their wellness centre, hotel is located very high in the steep mountain town so there's a lot of walking and steps to get up and down. It was also extremely quiet, town didn't have many basic options such as a chemist or a bakery. Our AC unit was controlled by reception so we couldn't adjust it ourselves, spent first night unable to sleep because it was 27C in the room. Restaurant on site doesn't actually work, you can only order pool snacks during the day. It was the most expensive accommodation that doesn't offer much, I think for this price it has to be better and offer much more. Basic breakfast with limited options.

Hands down one of the best hotels with the best location in Montenegro! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, selection of pillows. Genuinely one of the most stunning hotels we’ve ever been to! This hotel just screamed luxury. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful for a small boutique hotel. The roof terrace was absolutely stunning and has the perfect panoramic view of Perast - easily the best view in the whole town. Pool beds were HUGE and soooo comfy! Pool snacks were delicious and very very reasonably priced Staff were exceptional - special mention to Djuro and Mohammed who were two of the friendliest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. The spa was beautiful and was a special extra touch.

No service down at the pool - pool menus provided but no staff ever came to take orders or check. We had to walk up to reception to order. The hotel didn’t need permanent pool presence, just maybe an hourly check would be great. Or QR codes at the tables would be perfect so you can order as and when you want 😍 We had one of the rooms with a ground floor private terrace. Other guests kept using our terrace which was frustrating - it wasn’t at all clear that the terrace belonged to specific rooms. Additionally we kept hanging our pool towels on the chairs on our terrace and these kept being removed (unsure by who!) so we constantly lost our pool towels. Beds were small (UK king). Not the worst but would usually expect super-king size beds in a hotel like this one. The rooms were absolutely big enough to accommodate a bigger bed. All of the above only ring niggles from us and small changes that could make a huge difference to the overall experience. We did see other complaints about the steps down to the town. There were lots of steps but was fine for us and not as bad as some other reviews made out (we enjoyed the walk down).

Beautiful location, room was large and comfortable. The pool was also nice. Included breakfast was good as well.

For the cost to stay here, we expected a bit more of a higher level of service. Whenever we asked the front desk staff a question, they seemed unsure how to answer. We inquired about a beach reservation which was listed on the website - it was at night so were told to ask in the morning- that morning it was no longer on the website and we were told they could not make a reservation and asked if we had a car to get ourselves there (had been listed as the property could bring you there). I had chosen this hotel over another similar one because of the beach access so was disappointed about this. Also the AC did not work well and we could not adjust it. No one was really attending to the pool area even though you could order drinks and food (you had to go find someone and then plates etc sat around at the pool).
