A true gem in the Bay of Kotor

A true gem! The hosts are a familiy and they make you feel like family. The location was perfect and I would be gladly recommending it.

Pleasant

Owners were nice and picked us up from the Blue line bus, which forgot to leave us at the right place. We got complimentary wines. The style of the house was traditional with beautiful stone walls.

Toilet was too small and uncomfortable, too small towels. We had to put sheets by ourselves to the bed, too big pillows. Too noisy refridgerator. There was not waste bin downstairs.

Amazing place

Awesome location, quiet and relaxed with a great view. The owners were super helpful and extremly customer oriented. We have done a tour in Montenegro and this is the best location where we stayed and where I would go back. Totally recommend it.

The host was super helpful and kind, and the room excellent. We climbed the hill to the old church, swam in the sea and had an excellent dinner at the nearby restaurant. The sunset was magical.

The road from Kotor to the house was a bit scary to drive, but the trip was definitely worth it.

We loved the location so much. It's easy to take the bus to Kotor or Tivat, or a boat to Perast, but it was so relaxing on this side of the bay! Great restaurants all around and way less people. Our room was comfortable and clean and the aircon worked great. The owners and staff are all so thoughtful and really go out of their way to make sure you have an unforgettable experience. We can't recommend this B&B enough! There is no where else we'd rather stay!

Primarily a quiet area, ideal for a vacation, where the view overlooks the sea and overflows the ambience of the bay. The house is on the seashore, with a private pontoon, so you will not miss anything during the day. Spacious parking is also provided, which is very important in the bay. The staff is extremely friendly, the owners are on hand for any doubts. Generally all praise and recommendations for all who are looking for a real vacation.

A small and lovely place of a sweet family

This lovely hotel is 20 minutes away from the city center of Kotor (in Donji Stoliv) and an ideal place for a peaceful and romantic holiday. Stefan and his father Dragan were extremely helpful, they arranged everything that we wanted to do in Kotor and Perast, as well as our transfers from Podgorica and to Tivat airports. They are alao producing amazingly tasty and natural wines, which they’ve served us while we were waiting a boat for Perast. It was such a fun and pleasure to talk with them, especially with Dragan, such a lovely and young-spirited man. Hoping to see them very soon if I’m going to get an opportunity.

The breakfast was not the best one for sure, so we didn’t have it except the first day of our stay.

New and Warm place, very clean and quite, with Beautiful host.

The place is so warm and clean, 20 mins by car from Kotor downtown, so which means is very quiet. The house is very new. When I open the window, I can see the water so well. The host is so nice to the guest, they will try their best to meet your request of everything with many patience. We have been took care very well. Oh, by the way, the host is so beautiful, thin and tall, a typical European Beauty, very kind and warm to us. She introduce many places where we can visit in Kotor, I like her very much.

Heerlijk verblijf in een mooie villa aan de baai van Kotor

De kamer was heel stijlvol ingericht. De badkamer is mooi met een goede douche. Het bed heeft een goed matras. We houden van deze traditionele bouwstijl waarin de woning gebouwd is. De woning staat aan een mooie weg die langs het water ligt. Dichtbij is een goed restaurant. Het ontbijt hebben we zelf verzorgd, we mochten gebruik maken van de keuken in het huis. De mooie stad Kotor is vanaf de woning goed bereikbaar. Als je wilt kun je met het openbaar vervoer (Blue Liner).

Fantastische Lage mit magelhafter Ausstattung gemessen an der Beschreibung

Grundsätzlich ist die Lage sehr schön direkt am Wasser, nur von der Strasse getrennt, es gibt einen private Ponton, die Gastgeber bemühen sich, es ist sehr sauber.

Die Beschreibung ist Betrug ! Es gibt weder eine Küche, man kann dann nach Protest die der Gastgeber mitnutzen, noch einen Balkon. Der Begriff "Suite" ist ein Hohn. Es handelt sich um ein etwas geräumigeres Zimmer, mit Bad und Kühlschrank. Restaurants oder ähnliches in Laufnähe gibt es nicht. Die Strasse ist Tag und Nacht von rücksichtslosen befahren, absolut nicht geeignet für Kinder

1. Дом холодный , не жилой 2. Постельное белье - ужастно , одеяла вообще не было … общение по вотс апп и вопрос - ответ накройтесь покрывалом (грязным) и включите кондиционер. 3. !!!! Если бы я не знал , попал бы на вылете из Черногории на большой штраф , владелец и не собирался меня регистрировать , хотя в брони было написано о регистрации. Мне пришлось потратить 3 часа утро , поехать в город и регистрировать самому свое проживание в этих горе аппартаментах.

Очень красивое месторасположение! Сам дом сделан из камня и имеет очень уютную старинную атмосферу. Хозяева дома приятные люди, готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Проживание как будто не в отеле, а дома. Кухня общая, чистая
