High standard room/suite, spotless, great food, great location.

Room size was surprisingly big and airy, kitchen area well stocked with utensils, crockery. Good size fridge freezer etc also has laundry room. Restaurant looked really inviting, we selected breakfast off the menu but individual requests were met by the very friendly and helpful staff who all and spoke English to a good standard. Dining option inside or on the terrace facing the marina. Good quality Villeroy and Boch tableware and white table cloths made it feel special. Had dinner a few times in the restaurant. The food was delicious and well presented and much better value and quality than on the Port. Thanks again to the staff who were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Take the €2 bus to Kotor, bus stop only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Reception staff also very helpful.

This hotel goes above and beyond

Hotel is perfect location to explore Tivat on foot and great base to explore Montenegro. Hotel was just amazing - the hotel has thought of everything you need and the staff are so friendly and helpful. From underground parking to leaving you bottles of water and turning on lights during turn-down in the evening, from replacing towels (twice a day if they have been used) to remembering your breakfast drinks preferences, we were so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

Building works next door meant our view from the balcony was not so pretty however the rooms were well insulated (with great air-con) so we were not disturbed by any noise.

Amazing hotel and crew 10/10

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The entire place was spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully equipped – everything felt brand new. It’s a true boutique hotel that delivers far beyond its price – definitely worth every penny and more. Highly recommended! 👏

Amazing luxury hotel

Brand new (one year), real luxury hotel, 3 min walk from Porto Montenegro Marina. Everything is high quality. A la carte chef breakfast was our best meal in Montenegro. Very close to Tivat airport so it could be a good idea to spend your first or last might there.

Incredible property and staff

Where to begin?! The apartment was incredibly spacious and well appointed, with beautiful decor and style throughout. The Sea View apartment had the most stunning view over the bay. All of the staff were very friendly and thoughtful, from the receptionists to the waiting staff at the restaurant / room service, from housekeepers to the kind casino manager who helped me figure out the car-lift to the underground car park. Super convenient location (peaceful, short walk to the main harbour area).

Perfect stay, great breakfast and warm staff

We stayed for three nights and had a great sea view room. We were also greeted by a free room upgrade and a tasty welcome drink. The services and facilities are truly impressive. The breakfast with nice setting in the terrace has a variety of options with high quality ingredients, and we were warmly greeted and served by the staff especially Dusan. The rooftop pool is a great addition with great mountain and sea views. The hotel is located close to porto montenegro which is a nice area to walk and lots of places to eat and shop, it is also 10 mins away from the airport. The hotel provides free valet parking service.

We had a small issue with the shower pressure but the staff were responsive and quick to try and resolve it. However, I think the water pressure in the hotel is naturally not the strongest so this can be improved. We would’ve liked to try the turkish bath in the spa but it was out of order. The lemonade can be made better.

To service, facility and value for money

This boutique hotel is located within walking distance to Porto Montenegro with all its shops and restaurants. It has a nice view of the sea (not the yachts) but it's a lovely view just as well. The service was absolutely superb and everyone really accommodating - Teodora, Dusan, Nadia (?), Andreas (?) and others went out of their way to address any question or request we had. The breakfast concept was a bit surprising (a menu, not a buffet) but the selection is varied and guests can basically ask for what they wish to have if they don't find it on the menu. The room (apartment) was spacious, clean, with a large terrace and it was a true value for money. The hotel restaurant serves really delicious food and as heard from some guests, one of the best Bloody Marys. :-) Another advantage of this hotel is only 18 rooms and therefore, a personal touch, which is rather unique. On the roof there is a very nice spa area which offers great views (it's a very good facility per se) but poses some challenges that are described in 'what I did not like' section. Definitely will be back!

The spa area on the roof - is really well done but quite small, and there are only a few sunbeds and a few chairs and tables (for sitting only). The area comprises a pool, gym, massage parlour and a sauna. There is a bit of a dichotomy about this facility as the hotel says that they wish clients to have their privacy there and at the same time that the hotel is family oriented. So with 6 sunbeds, when a family comes in, then it's hard to have privacy and they basically take over (and you may not get a bed). It can be noisy, too. I suppose we were not ready for that. But when we voiced our dissatisfaction, the hotel tried to address it appropriately. It's NOT a show stopper as there are options around, such as a yacht club (opened recently and worth visiting) and other beaches close by but it's good to know in advance. However, apparently the hotel will have its own private beach next year, so there should be more options for everybody in the future.

Tivat is without doubt the nicest town to in Montenegro and Porto Palace is the very best hotel,

Everything here was fantastic - from the very warm welcome to the time we sadly had to check-out it was truly perfect. Our room, really blew us away and was much bigger than we thought it would be - beautiful standards and attention to detail - the whole hotel smelt beautiful and a the pool on the roof was a little gem, where you could order drinks, snacks and on one hot day a beautiful tray of water melon. Restaurant is fantastic (scrambled eggs with goats cheese at breakfast was amazing - who knew?!) but the dinner in the evening was the best meals we ate in Tivat without doubt...and then following night we set them a challenge, didn't want the main menu, but wanted to try some local wines and asked if they could do a tasting menu for us...OF course sir, no problem, we would be delighted...that evening we were blown away with the off-menu dishes and amazing wines and the chef himself came out to explain every course. Truly fantastic service.

Honestly nothing - this was the perfect hotel for our stay, with personal and professional service from lovely people if I could give them 11 I would !! My only negative comment is the casino/fruit machines area down in the basement. I never saw anyone in there and TBH it almost put us off booking at first but once there it is in no way intrusive

The rooms were clean, spacious, and near the porto about 5 min walk or less. The staff is actually the most helpful, friendly staff. They were very nice and if I were to book the hotel again it would be because of the staff.

My only comment would be on the housekeeping, they do clean the room but not the expected cleaning like other hotels

A Perfect Luxury Stay in Tivat – Ideal for Families! We had an unforgettable experience at this stunning waterfront hotel in Tivat. The location is absolutely unbeatable — right on the water, steps from the luxury marina and high-end shopping. It truly felt like a slice of the Mediterranean dream. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was memorable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our suite (Room A34 – highly recommended for families) was out of this world! It featured 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, kitchenette, and two balconies — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. Everything was immaculately clean, modern, and luxurious. One of the thoughtful perks was being able to do laundry for our kids right in the room, which made traveling as a family so much easier. Breakfast was incredible, with plenty of kid-friendly options and fresh selections for everyone. The rooftop pool was another highlight — not only did it offer panoramic views of the marina and sea, but our kids absolutely loved every minute spent there. If you’re a family of 3 or more, definitely ask for Suite A34 (corner unit) — it was a total game-changer for us. We can’t wait to return!

All the Staff in the hotel and restaurant were amazing! Napa restaurant is great and food was delicious. Breakfast 10/10. Location is great. The suite was band new, in perfect condition. Hotel is so pretty.

- The towels smelled a bit with cigarettes smoke, probably because of the casino downstairs. - There’s a construction site next door, although there was no noise that would bother us.

The build quality and staff service of Hotel, size or rooms and facilities were exceptional! It was a peaceful area so no street noise and beautiful sunsets instead. The roof pool terrace and in house casino made the stay even better than expected!

Excellent first time in Tivat

Everything was very modern and new. Very stylish. Amazing views, peaceful and we had a large patio to relax. Excellent staff, very helpful, proactive, Teodora provided us with recommendations and arrangements for dinner at Adriatica and the boat tour activities. Hotel is a walking distance to Porto Montenegro’s upscale area with shops and restaurants. We loved it.

I cannot wait to be back

Everything! It surpassed my expectations considering there’s not a lot of reviews out there for this place. The view, the facilities, the breakfast, the location; I was glad I chose to stay here and if anything I wish I extended my stay. Staff was brilliant and were all hands on deck always. I come so stressful and tired but the hotel staff did everything to make my stay the best ever! A young lady with curly hair at the reception is so kind, helpful and patient. Thank you 🤍 Breakfast at the terrace with the view was excellent! Also compliments to Ervin who works at the bar. Room was so cozy and exceptionaly clean with lots of daily light. And bed is so comfy like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Definitely will come back!

we loved this hotel! my daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. stunning hotel, so luxurious. beautiful, spacious apartment room with huge roof terrace overlooking the sea. immaculately clean, really comfortable bed, great lighting, air-con. staff really friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent, private-use spa lovely. Quiet end of sea-front development, short walk to fancy shops and restaurants.
