lovely place, lovely people, clean and has spectacular views.

People are great. we did not have any requests that were not addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The place is right on the main street and easy to get to. I loved the breakfast right on the water!

I wish the hotel had access to a beach or its own garden for sitting outside.

A great stay in Perast in summer

The staff is AMAZING. From communication, picking us up from where we parked the car, recommendations about restaurants and helping us book the tour we wanted and just in general. Every hotel could be happy to have them. The hotel itself is an old building, with new additions. Modern interior mixed with the exposed brick gives it a very immersive feeling. The bathroom is spacious and the beds comfortable. We had a room with two single beds and while the bed area was not big we had more than enough room because there is a lot of storage in the entry way. For summer months they have AC.

Sometimes it smells outside from the restaurants nearby, but it's not like the hotel can change that. I personally didn't like the breakfast in the hotel next door, but I understand why they combined it, since it seems impossible to get breakfast otherwise in Perast. However, the view on the waterfront terrace during breakfast is great!

Loved the hotel as it was a Unesco protected site. Excellent location, excellent staff, very helpful. Room was very nice.

No elevator, understandable for a protected heritage building We had an attic room and so limited view. Parking was not obvious.

Excellent breakfast

Beautiful property in the middle of perast. No cars in the town (except for residents) so very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast buffet - shared with the Hotel Conte. Very friendly staff at housekeeping and reception.

The lack of parking. The only parking is at either side of Perast - but it’s EUR 15/day and lots are limited at one end because almost the entire row belongs to the Rixos hotel. As it was the shoulder season we ended up parking further along the main road (ie the highway) for free but it was a long walk.

Beautiful place, peaceful at night, lovely and helpful staff.

The staff was amazing, 2 young woman handled all our interactions and they were so kind and helpful.

The parking situation is crazy. I had inquired if there was onsite parking and told yes, but actually you park in a public lot at the end of town and they come and pick you up. The parking lot was jammed and chaotic, we had to wait for a space and then it was just luck! I didn’t care for that. They should clarify the parking in their ads and website.

Perfect accommodation in a picturesque town.

Perfect location and the staff is very kind and attentive. Great base to use to see other sites in Montenegro to get away from the crowds in the evening for a relaxing dinner along the water. The included breakfast was incredible.

Great hotel with very helpful staff.

The personel was very kind and helpful. Thanks a lot to Sandra and the team for their kind hospitality. The location and the room was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and having a breakfast just next to sea was great.

Some fried food smell is coming from the neighboor restaurant to the some part of the Hotel, this is the only negative thing i can say.

Good Hotel

It is a nice boutique hotel, wel designed. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Perast and first row with the sea. Close to the bests restaurants of Perasts, including the restaurant in the garden of the hotel, wich is not managed by the hotel.

The room we choose, had very little view of the sea, lady in rock island and not comfortable with the ceiling that could be hit by head. But this is the type of the room and not the hotel issue that needs to be considered if reserved by the customer. We had the room 3rd floor and since this buildings are old and protected by unesco, it is impossible to intervene in the structure, so there is no lift, only stairs, to be considered for babies, elders, but the staff is very helpful for the luggage and stuff. A little bit pricey.

Beautiful historic building, bright and clean, with an attentive staff!

First, the hotel is beautiful and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Inside they have carefully constructed the hotel while protecting the stones of the walls and buildings of Perast. It was a really special place to stay. Our room even had an arrow slit (with glass in place)! The room was large, the beds in both rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff was incredibly helpful. They pick you up in an electric cart with space for your luggage when you arrive and park (which is on the outskirts of the town as only residents can have cars in the center). This makes everything easier. They helped to carry bags up to the room and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The town is lovely, very busy during the day and quieter in the evening. There are great restaurants right outside the door! Breakfast was a delight with so much choice, and everything was delicious. We loved our stay and hope to return!

We stayed in a deluxe suite that was supposed to have 2 large beds - but we found out one of them was a deployable sofa that made squeaky noises everytime we moved, preventing us to sleep. Not great for 350E a night 🤨

Great stay

Hotel staff was very friendly, told us about the history of the hotel. Recommended us what to do and where to eat. Also because there's no elevator because it's an heritage hotel they carry your luggage. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained

An absolute gem in a beautiful town.

Staff were fantastic - Jelena and Sandra were friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful: absolute gems who made our stay extra special. They were very proud of their hotel and told us all about its history. Thank you!! The breakfast was amazing, sitting waterside at the beautiful Restourant Conte.

Parking is an issue in Perast (this accounts for all hotels). This hotel arranges electric car transport from parking to hotel upon request. This hotel does not have an elevator, which is something to think about when less mobile.

Superb

This hotel was excellent. Constructed in 2019, it has the amenities you would except for a newer hotel. Separate bedrooms, each with own TV and climate control. Spacious shared bathroom. Our room did not have a view of the sea (although those rooms are available) but did have a courtyard view. No matter; walk 40 feet out the hotel front door and you are at the edge of the water! Perast is an amazing tiny town on the edge of the water so the location is fantastic. Many excellent restaurants close by and the included breakfast at the Conte restaurant will please even the most picky eater, being a large buffet style with many options. We had veggie omelets, granola with fresh strawberries plus croissant and coffee, which is just a small sampling of the food available. Hotel staff guided us to our parking spot, then picked us up and brought all our luggage to our room. Staff was super helpful and gave great tips for getting around. Highly recommended!

Amazing mini hotel

Hotel is located exactly in the center of Perast. It’s mini hotel with 14 rooms. We stayed in the apartment, which had living room and bedroom. Everything was new and modern. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, specially Jelena. She is amazing! Breakfast was good as well, in the restaurant next door. We would definitely come back!
