I have been traveling for work for over 20 years now and this has been one of the most beautiful experiences ever. I was upgraded into the most magnificent room which made my working weekend so much brigther, and every single detail in the room is so carefully thought that it brings joy simply existing in it. The views are amazing, and the very location of the hotel is great. But the biggest plus was the staff - everyone was so welcoming and smiling and I was so well taken care of. I think this hotel and its staff should teach other properties how it's done. Thank you so much for everything, I truly hope to be back as soon as possible.

Früstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war gut. Das Angebot war angemessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bdezimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Bett (Matratze, Kissen, Bezug) war sehr gut.
Der Schrank im Zimmer ist absolut unzweckmässig eingerichtet für 2 Personen (zu klein, zu wenig Tablare, zu wenig Kleiderbügel). Dies sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Das Zimmer war mit unseren Koffern und teilw. Kleidern belegt, wegen zu kleinem Schrank. Keine Möglichkeit das Auto zu parken. Obwohl das Hotel nur schwach gebucht war, hatten wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels (Aussage: es seine alle Parplätz belegt).
Booking.com bewirbt das Hotel mit dem Attribut "Parkplatz vorhanden".

The two philipino staff members were extremely helpful and sweet.
They gave us a room on the second and third floor when we were promised rooms on the first floor. They later changed that. The bathroom drains weren’t effective. The room flooded and my shoes in the room got ruined. The ad for the room was also misleading. They did not have adapters which all hotels offer as guests are often coming from different countries with different types of charging ports.
