Very friendly and attentive hosts.

We stayed for 4 nights — the apartment is very functional and has everything you need. It’s clean and comfortable. Anatoly was very kind and helpful in every way; he checked on us every day to see if we needed anything. There is also a parking space available. The location was easy to find, and we were warmly welcomed. Thank you for hosting us so nicely — we definitely recommend this place!

The apartment has everything you may need, and is incredibly clean and spacious. The location is close to grocery stores and the waterfront. The hosts went above and beyond with absolutely everything, from taking us to the Kotor cable cars, to driving us to Kotor bus station at the end of our stay. We will 1000% be coming back for our next stay at Tivat!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Victoria apartment. Our host Anatoliy provided us a free transfer from and to the airport, showed us the surroundings. The apartment was right as described, with really nice terrace overlooking the city and a little bit of the sea. It had all the facilities we needed, fully equippped kitchen and air condition in each room. Nearest beaches equipped with sunbeds and umberellas are 15-20 min by foot, Porto Montenegro marina center is around 15 min walking. Supermarkets are 3-4 min walking. Totally recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay at this studio room in Tivat. The space overlooks a beautiful coastal view from the balcony, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The room is cozy and well-maintained, with everything in place for a comfortable visit. What made the experience stand out was the host, Anatoly. He’s incredibly kind and one of the most helpful hosts I’ve met. Anatoly took the time to show me around the local area and even explained a few local laws to help tourists understand the customs better. His insights into the locality made the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Cheers to the host- Anatoly! :)

I definitely RECOMMEND giving Apartment Viktoria a chance. Firstly, the people who welcome you are full of love, attentive, and always there for you. Even inside the apartment, you feel the warmth of home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and functional, especially if you're planning to stay for several nights. It's very close to Porto Montenegro, and parking is easily accessible! The staff regularly checks if everything is okay and if any assistance is needed. You can enjoy a beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. When we were leaving, we even received a gift 🥹. Overall, I recommend this place primarily because of the genuinely loving people.

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful hosts. Short walking distance to Porto Montenegro and Tivat city center. Nice beaches and good restaurants nearby in the Seljanovo area. We especially liked Big Ben, Ponta Veranda and Soul pizza studio.

Budget stay in Tivat

Clean, tidy, has everything you need in apartment :) Location is okay, you can take ~15-20min walk to Porto Montengro. And.. absolutely go to restaurant "Babi" next to the port. We went there 3 times!

No breakfast and there's really no view, which is not a problem for me, I just don't agree with the name of the room "Sea view" 😁

Birds sing on your balcony and the owners are super friendly

The apartment is spacious,sunny and well-equipped. There's everything you might need on your vacation. The large balcony overlooks greenery and, as the house is located in the quiet part of Tivat, you can hear the birds singing each time you're out. Although Victoria's house is not situated in the center of the town, it is easily accessible from the marina and the beach. The owners are loveable people, super friendly and caring. They do everything to make sure you're enjoying your stay. I'm sure I will stay at Victoria's apartment the next time I come to Montenegro. Thank you!!! :))) Maria

Perfect stay in Tivat! Highly recommended

We are 100% satisfied with our holiday in Montenegro! It was mostly due to the fact that we chose apartment Victoria for our stay. Transfer from the airport: Anatoly met us at Podgorica airport (the transfer was not expensive, cheaper than a taxi). He told us interesting stories about the local culture and life. Also, the owner of the apartment showed us the main places to visit and the way to the beach. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy. Towels were changed every three days. The room was also cleaned quite often. The trash was taken out daily. Convenience: The room is very bright, with a huge balcony, a kitchen and everything you need. We were very comfortable, we never thought that something was missing. From time to time we cooked in the room and everything was enough for us. The balcony has a magical view of the mountains and the sea. Location: the apartments are about one km from the beach, which you have to be prepared for. It was not a problem for us since the way to the sea was quite pleasant and lovely. There are several stores, kiosks, cafes, and restaurants near the house, very convenient. Everything you need can be bought within walking distance of the house. Beach: We visited Ponta beach, there is an opportunity to rent a sunbed, 15 € for two sunbeds with an umbrella (starting from September 1, 10 €). The water in the sea was very clean and warm. The view from the beach is fantastic. The owners are a lovely, helpful family. They are very attentive and will help you with any problems! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We highly recommend staying in this place!

A very nice apartment in the heart of Tivat. The owner was very friendly and helpful, we had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Montenegro. I strongly recommend the apartment for everybody who wants a pleasant stay for a good price!

Perfect holiday accomodation

Everything was perfect, well beyond expectations. The hosts are really nice people. They picked me up from Tivat airport and dropped me back at the end. They showed me places to eat and how to get around. The apartment was sensational. It was so clean, tidy, and new. It has everything you may need like pots and pans, iron, hairdryer, even a washing machine! The bed is comfortable. The apartment is close to city centre, beach, and bus stop. I really enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend to other travellers. Thank you for a great holiday in Tivat, I will come back again!!
