The size of the apartment with the wrap around balcony was really nice. Staff were very nice. The pool and backdrop were stunning. Free parking for the car.
The smell in the bathroom, having to wait for hot water to heat up after each shower, kitchen lacked a few key items, toaster, pots etc. no instructions for the WiFi, hot tub etc. had to go down to reception ask about everything as no info given upon check In.

Nice apartment, clean and friendly staff
Our apartment didnt has own balcony or terass. There is lots of stairs, so not for anyone with disabilities

Upfront I have to say that the best thing about this property is the staff. They are super nice, very receptive to our needs and quickly to solve our problems.
In general, the property is ok.
The room had a beautiful view of Kotor and the bay.
The propertry has a pool but we did not use it because the weather was not suitable for using the pool.
The restaurant is very nice.
The property has seen better days. It is clear that this property was very beautiful once... maybe in the early 2000s... now not so much. You can see this in the little things, for example, the sofa in the living room was broken. There was also a problem with the sewage - a strong pungent odor came up the sewage in the shower. Having some knowleadge on these issues, I know this happens when the sewage system is old and stuff get clogged.
I think that the price is high for the level of maintanance of the property.
