What a fabulous surprise when we got to the Apartment after a long drive from Dubrovnik. We were greeted with smiles and happy to help with luggage etc. The pool and view were breathtaking. The location perfect.
Food was delicious as well. All amenities taken care of. We were so happy there and definitely would love to go back one day

Amazing setting, lovely staff, beautiful pool, excellent food,well placed for walking into Kotor.
Doesn’t matter where you stay in the world there will always be something that could be better. It’s not a top 5 star resort ( first time in years that we have stayed anywhere that is not 5stars), but probably that is the beauty of it, it’s not pretentious. We loved the place.

Upfront I have to say that the best thing about this property is the staff. They are super nice, very receptive to our needs and quickly to solve our problems.
In general, the property is ok.
The room had a beautiful view of Kotor and the bay.
The propertry has a pool but we did not use it because the weather was not suitable for using the pool.
The restaurant is very nice.
The property has seen better days. It is clear that this property was very beautiful once... maybe in the early 2000s... now not so much. You can see this in the little things, for example, the sofa in the living room was broken. There was also a problem with the sewage - a strong pungent odor came up the sewage in the shower. Having some knowleadge on these issues, I know this happens when the sewage system is old and stuff get clogged.
I think that the price is high for the level of maintanance of the property.
