What a lovely stay we had here! The apartment itself and views are great, we loved the swimming and the amenities on site. What truly made it special was the people however, Bojana and team were very welcoming and kind to us. Really great example of good service, thanks all for making our short stay memorable!
The appartement is a bit of a walk away from the main town; if you do not have your own transportation it can be a bit of a deterrent to go out much.

Upfront I have to say that the best thing about this property is the staff. They are super nice, very receptive to our needs and quickly to solve our problems.
In general, the property is ok.
The room had a beautiful view of Kotor and the bay.
The propertry has a pool but we did not use it because the weather was not suitable for using the pool.
The restaurant is very nice.
The property has seen better days. It is clear that this property was very beautiful once... maybe in the early 2000s... now not so much. You can see this in the little things, for example, the sofa in the living room was broken. There was also a problem with the sewage - a strong pungent odor came up the sewage in the shower. Having some knowleadge on these issues, I know this happens when the sewage system is old and stuff get clogged.
I think that the price is high for the level of maintanance of the property.
