The staff was absolutely amazing! They welcomed us with open arms even before check-in time. At check-out, my baby had fallen asleep, and they were so kind and flexible, allowing us to leave later so we wouldn’t have to wake him up. They helped us with our luggage and even took a short walk with the baby so I could enjoy my coffee in peace — truly wonderful people! The view was stunning! There’s a pool and a jacuzzi, and the room was fully equipped — a great kitchen for cooking, a large and super comfortable bed, and a luxurious shower. The location is lovely, about a 15-minute walk from Kotor Old Town.

A cat kept sitting at our door, which made it impossible to open the balcony door for fresh air. As a result, the room felt stuffy and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the room could have been a bit cleaner. . The property is not accessible at all — everything is stairs, which can be difficult with a stroller or mobility issues.

Luxury accommodation with views to die for!

Nothing but wish I could have got a room with a sea view, our room had no view but we were only a few steps away from the terrace which was amazing so it didn’t spoil our enjoyment.

OK - a little pricy for what ou get.

Upfront I have to say that the best thing about this property is the staff. They are super nice, very receptive to our needs and quickly to solve our problems. In general, the property is ok. The room had a beautiful view of Kotor and the bay. The propertry has a pool but we did not use it because the weather was not suitable for using the pool. The restaurant is very nice.

The property has seen better days. It is clear that this property was very beautiful once... maybe in the early 2000s... now not so much. You can see this in the little things, for example, the sofa in the living room was broken. There was also a problem with the sewage - a strong pungent odor came up the sewage in the shower. Having some knowleadge on these issues, I know this happens when the sewage system is old and stuff get clogged. I think that the price is high for the level of maintanance of the property.

Kotor is an amazing place to visit and would strongly recommend Dekaderun Lux apartments

Everything about this property was excellent. Our Apartment was spacious, modern, clean and well maintained every day, and came with all amenities that we needed for a trip. The location of the apartments is great, providing stunning views of the bay, whilst Kotor old town is only a scenic 25 minute walk away around the bay. The pool and hot tub are also great, and a perfect spot for relaxing after a busy days activities/site seeing. The staff are lovely, and are very helpful and attentive to your needs (including booking taxis for us, and arranging a speed boat tour, and a trip to the Kotor cable car). The food and drinks at the restaurant on site were also excellent.

Nothing - although a lunchtime menu or some bar snacks would be good.

Music is played through the day around the pool and in the evening so not ideal if you like a quiet environment to relax.

Awe inspiring views, friendly & personable style, beautiful restaurant

Great location with the best views of the Old Town, especially at night. Calmer and less frenetic, Muo is in my opinion, one of the best parts of Kotor. Very welcome restaurant to Muo! And the food is fantastic. Recommend carbonara, risotto, fresh fish. My son and husband had excellent full breakfasts. *chef’s kiss* Taxis are easy to get to the Old Town. Parking available. Good location from where to visit other areas. Kitchen had everything I needed. The sofa bed was very comfortable for my son (15) Lovely to sit on the terrace in the evening with the beautiful lighting through the gardens below. Everyone was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Especially Nadja who was a lovely personality! Will be recommending to friends & family.

Fabulous location, wonderful staff. Lovely apartments.

Dekaderon is top notch. The apartment had everything you could need, the kitchen was well equipped, air con worked well, outside area with loungers and table/chairs was lovely. The staff were great. The sea was a short walk 2 mins. The views across the bay were stunning and it was close enough to stroll to the harbour and Old Town. Wish we had stayed longer. The pool looked good too. The food was excellent. Highly recommend 👍

For anyone with health or disability issues there are many steps. But we would return again.

Fabulous relaxing holiday

Our stay was perfect. We were warmly welcomed and granted an early check in which was appreciated. Our room was spotlessly clean. Every member of the Dekaderon team were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We completely relaxed here with the stunning views from the pool. Good quality pool towels given out daily. We had a few meals at the restaurant and a couple of breakfasts. All were beautiful. Hired paddle boards which our two boys loved and explored the bay. Thank you Bojana (I hope I have spelt your name correctly!) we will miss your smiley face and your beautiful daughter. Hopefully we can return next year and get to explore more.

There was nothing to dislike. Our only regret was not having a few extra days to explore the area more.

Nice & relaxed

We had a warm and friendly welcome at Dekadaron Lux Apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean, good wi-fi, and fully equipped with everything you might need. There's a beautiful swimming pool with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi, bikes available, and plenty of parking, the opportunity to take a boat, a unique and relaxing way to explore the bay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the attached restaurant served delicious food. The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. I’ve visited the Bay of Kotor many times, and without a doubt, this is the place I’ll return to.

Room, pool and restaurant were all excellent and we found the staff to be extremely engaged and helpful. The view is stunning from the pool and we loved going down the steps to swim in the bay. We generally aim to visit different places each year, but I am pretty sure we will come back to Kotor and would definitely stay in these apartments should we return.

We had a problem with our shower drain which left an unpleasant smell in our room though it was fixed pretty quickly. Whilst it wasn't a problem for us, be prepared for a 20 min walk to the Old Town - some steep steps to the road but then it is flat all the way and there are a few places to stop at halfway if you need a rest. Be careful when selecting your room as not all have balconies or a sea view.

The hotel is small and has some amazing views. During our stay we were well looked after by the staff who we got to know pretty quick. There were enough beds everyday around the pool, towels provided and great customer service.

It wasn't a problem for us but the hotel is situated on the opposite side of the bay to the old town. The walk took us around 20/25 minutes and would get a taxi back.

Wonderful

Gorgeous views of water and mountain. Our one bedroom apartment had a balcony with great views. Fabulous family run restaurant and waitress was so personable and fun. Enjoyed her sense of humor and recommendations. Thrilled to have a washing machine at this point in our trip. Very kind staff seems to be family owned and run. 30 min walk to Old Town along water.

Experienced the breakfas twice, both times the food was excellent.

We were disappointed not to have a balcony or terrece. Also surprised that large groups are accomadated here. During our stay a group of 12 men stayed. They were noisy and on one day literally took over the pool with ball games.

Beautiful apartment, kind staff and owners, spectacular views.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Everything was perfect. It had everything we needed - even the glassware and cutlery were fantastic quality. The AC was excellent. The absolute highlight was the balcony. The view of Kotor Bay was spectacular. We could enjoy time on the balcony at any time of day thanks to the adjustable awning. A dip in the fabulous pool to cool down was also perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The owners have been generous and thoughtful in the design and management of the hotel. It's a scenic twenty minute walk to town. I highly recommend this resort. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Incredible views from the pool/bar area. So nice to sit and relax in the sun and look out at the bay, in the jacuzzi! The staff are great, and the food was very nice. Rooms were very clean and modern.

Luxurious well equiped apartments with great Kotor bay location

Gorgeous apartments with all of the facilities that you need for a very comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi area were great with great views across Kotor bay. The staff were so accommodating- could take do enough for you and even arranged a wonderful boat trip around the bay on the day of arrival. The service was fantastic and location great within 20 minutes walk of the old town. We will most certainly come back!

Location is perfect. Far enough away from the busy centre but still easily walkable (15-20 minutes to old town). All the staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment itself is very clean and a really nice place to be. Beds are also super comfy!

Relaxing and scenic stay in Kotor Bay

We loved our stay here. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view was beautiful over Kotor bay. It was just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the town centre of Kotor, so that you can relax and listen to the birds in the morning, but close enough to walk there for a meal and drinks in the evening. The apartment was very comfortable and the cleanliness was maintained throughout thanks to a very helpful team of cleaners. Thank you for a very hospitable stay and we hope to come back one day!

Only one small thing could have improved the stay, which would be a supply of basic essentials on arrival, such as a small bottle of milk, refrigerated water and some coffee or tea. This is because after traveling we were very tired and the walk to the shop was 15 minutes so would have been really appreciated.
