A pleasant stay within walking distance to the old town.

Great view of the Kotor Bay. The garden is full of fruiting trees and herbs. The apartment is clean and has most of what we need.

The driveway is steep and narrow. If there are more guests with vehicles, navigation could be challenging.

Amazing views and comfortable stay

The views from my balcony and the pool area are amazing. It’s a gentle 20mins walk from the action and I enjoyed being able to step away from the busyness. Relaxing by the pool with amazing views. Host very proactive with clear instructions and lots of local recommendations.

Good location, short walk to old town and restaurants. Really nice shared pool area with views over the harbor and city. Room was OK for one night. Free parking, but very steep uphill road to the apartment. Check-in was really smooth, owner is very communicative, gave suggestions what to visit and etc.

Not particulary a minus but there was no cold water from shower/bathroom sink, only lukewarm and hot water. For a hot summer day would liked to have a cold shower. :) Would suggest to add shampoo/shower gel for guests and bottle of water in the fridge in summer time.

Perfect, the owner is amazing and we had the best stay! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful setting and owner is so kind, helpful and friendly! He went over and beyond to ensure our stay and anything we needed was sorted. He even sorted out transport for us and our friends last minute to the airport! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you so much we loved our time!

Great spot in Kotor

This was the perfect little apartment for a couple. Beautiful views and a quick walk into old town..The weather wasn't warm enough but the pool was great and again amazing views. The owner was very responsive and lovely to deal with.

The only thing we would have loved would have been a coffee maker. But that is just personal preference.

Perfect spot for Kotor’s exploring

Perfect location just a short stroll from Kotor’s charming Old Town, yet peacefully tucked away with panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor. Waking up to that scenery was worth every penny! The heated swimming pool was a luxurious touch, especially after a day of exploring. Floating in the warm water while gazing at the bay and surrounding mountains felt like a slice of paradise. Zeljiko is an absolute gem warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He arranged a smooth airport transfer, booked us an epic private boat tour of the bay, and even gave spot-on recommendations for local restaurants (ask him for hidden gems—you won’t be disappointed!).

Didn't bother us but keep in mind that if you have any mobility issues you will need acess preety steep bank before you enter the appartment.

Amazing views

The views were amazing and facilities great with a pool and almost all it could need. The walk from kotor town is pleasant enough with a great bakery and shop on the way.

It was fantastic just a few small things would make it more comfortable- bed side lamps, chopping board etc.

A very good appartement with a great view, close by foot to Kotor and by car to Tivat airport.

We liked the view and the balcony, the sofa was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. There is a dish washer and a washing machine. The host is very kind. The property is close to the old town (about 1 km) but the beginning of the walk is with no side walk, a bit dangerous. The drive way to the house is challenging but there is a free parking near the house. A coffee machine would be a plus in the kitchen. There is a beautiful pool but off season it was closed.

We like the apartment very much , location is good. 15 minutes from the old town . It has beautiful view to the bay from the Balkan and from the pool . Pool is really great in the hot days on July

There is 1 air condition in the salon but no air conditioning in the bed room . However after few hours the whole apartment is cool enough

Great property and would stay again!

The accommodation was great and we were definitely on the good side of the mountains so that we could look across at the fort etc. It's a shame there is a cruise ship positioned almost permanently on the other side however it does leave at night and return early morning so if you want a photo without it you'll need to wait until after sunset. The host Zeljko was amazing - we booked just before we arrived and he responded to me straight away and allowed us to check in at that moment because the room was ready (2 hours before normal check in). He came to meet us straight away and gave us alot of really good information and let us know that you can get a boat tour from right outside the apartment. The walk to town took us about 12 minutes and was in an ideal location for us. We had a hire car and the owner let us park outside their garage for free which was very handy as parking is very limited in Kotor. All of the amenities worked well inside the apartment, very good air-conditioning and great shower pressure/temperature. The pool was beautiful albeit there are a few rules (no glass around the pool, no diving, must rinse off in the shower next to the pool before entering) stuff like that which is all totally fine and understandable. There are stairs like other reviews say but they are not that bad and worth it for the view you get from the property. We'd definitely look to stay again and would recommend for our friends and family for sure!

a must stay

the pool was amazing, with an amazing view of mountains. couldn’t fault the stay and the host was so helpful. organiser us airport transfers and taxis throughout our stay. on the last day he let us stay by the pool until we left, stored our bags and let us use his bathroom at his home close by. about 20 minute walk to kotor old town but it was really nice to stay somewhere so quiet away for tourist rush over in kotor.

Great self catered apartment which had everything we needed including a nice pool. Situated a 10 minute walk from the Old Town, with local shops a 3 minute walk away. The host was extremely friendly and was happy to help with any questions.

Perfect stay for our first visit to beautiful Montenegro

Zelijko was there at the property to meet us. He arranged a pick up at the airport for us and when we arrived he greeted us and showed us the apartment, it's facilities, and fwd lots of information on WhatsApp, regarding restaurant recommendations and trips. The apartment was wonderful with fantastic views across the Bay from our balcony. It was about a 15min walk into the Old Town, very straightforward and well lit at night. There were a couple of Bars on route, plus a pharmacy and a bakery, which also sold bread, cakes, pies etc, and take away pizza's. All at very good prices. These places serviced a very small touring mobile home area with a small beach. The pool at the apartment was amazing with outstanding views. The tiled area around the pool was pristine and the plants were lovely. The loungers were also pristine and very comfortable, with use of apartment towels for the pool area. It was also very quiet and the perfect spot to read or watch the cruise ships across the Bay or just look at the amazing mountain range round the Bay. The weather was great, but there had been a cold, rainy snap before we arrived and the pool hadn't had the chance to 'warm-up' so the water was quite cold, but obviously that's nobody's fault. Zelijko was the perfect host, warm, friendly and very helpful. We found all the locals great people to meet. One thing to note was the paved driveway from the road to the apartment. It was quite a steep incline, but short. It didn't bother us but it could be tricky if you have limited mobility.

Peaceful, serene views with a wonderful host

The host couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, he gave us a number for kayaking and gave us restaurant recommendations. Really big studio apartment with all the facilities we needed (apart from a bottle opener which we managed without). Bed was super comfy and the living room was big enough to relax at the end of the day, outside we even had a clothes aired which was useful after we swam and kayaked. Location was close to the old town (about 15-20 minutes), there was also a BBQ restaurant nearby which was amazing! Views from the apartment and terrace were beautiful, pool was really clean and had sun loungers to use while looking at the view of the bay. Really relaxing and beautiful stay, thank you!

peaceful apartment with beautiful views of the kotor bay

we booked this stay for the view, and it did not disappoint! we loved being able to sit outside with our breakfast and with a glass of wine in the evening and just look out at the bay. the apartments also provide a lot of privacy and are nice and quiet!

for the price, the apartment fell a bit short when it came to amenities. while there’s a nice big kitchen, we found it hard to cook much beyond a simple breakfast due to the limited cooking tools available. adding a things like a few cutting knives, a cutting board, salt/pepper/olive oil, would greatly improve the experience. would also be nice to have some shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

Beautiful Mountain View in a cosy apartment

Great location about a 15 minute walk from Old Town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The host was great and was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Amazing apartments with a beautiful view of the mountains. I’d recommend Marenda steakhouse and Old Town Pub to anyone going
