Beautiful location & stunning views of whole harbour / local area. Super friendly & helpful team. Great facilities.

En-suite bathroom for main bedroom could do with tlc / update

The apartments were exactly as they appear on the website. Diana and Dragan are very cheerful and helpful and assisted with organising taxis, day trips and answering any questions we had. The property becomes shaded from 4pm each day whereas the other side of the fjord is in sunlight until 7pm

The location is approx 2.5km from Kotor Old Town. The local bus stops outside the property but was totally unreliable so we had to get taxis. Some taxi drivers tried to rip us off. If ordering a taxi, agree the price before you get into the car, make sure the car has a taxi meter and that the meter is starting from zero.

The location is breathtaking and the views are the best you can get. The service was superb,the pool clean and the apartment was spotless.

Stayed here for 3 nights - clean, modern apartment with everything you could need for a stay. Bottle of wine in room - nice touch. Staff were friendly & helped me fix a return transfer to Dubrovnik airport. Location has fabulous views but is a good 35 minutes walk, though a lovely one, from Kotor old town. I hired a bike. Some form of transport would be useful. The cycle the other way, left out of the apartments to Tivat was gorgeous (and flat!). All in all, a very good stay in mixed weather.

Road up to the property is a little difficult to walk for older people due to passing traffic.

Friendly staff. We were met by our host when we arrived and shown around the apartment. The view from the apartment was a real bonus! Location is nice but is 2/3km from Kotor centre and would be very difficult to walk due to the road being quite dangerous for walking. Would not visit here without transport to/from the apartment.

Duvet was too small for the bed size and could benefit from being updated, TV is too small for the space (being picky)

The view of the mountains and the sea is amazing! The managers of the place are really kind and always want to help you! Even if it is not in the center, it’s is super well located and you have access to free bicycles to go to the center if you want. For me much better than stay at the Center. Best place to stay in Kotor!

The upper level sea view room had a fantastic view of Kotor bay & mountains and the room is equipped of all you need for the comfortable stay. The small outdoor pool also added value to this property. Thanks to Ms. Andrea for her assistance during our stay….

The apartment was very spacious, location was quiet, and the view was perfect. The pool area was gorgeous. Hosts were friendly but didn't see much of them.

I've never given a bad review on here before, but this time we couldn't not do. The smell from the bathroom drain was extremely unpleasant. we did complain and it was put down to 'weather pressure' and were informed even if we changed rooms it wold be the same! So we continued on, but even after a quick 'fix' from the host the smell was was there most days. The bedroom was damp, and we could smell the damp each time we entered. The bed felt cold and damp as we got in it, and our clothes hanging in the wardrobe also felt the same (It was very rainy when we were there, but to feel damp inside was upsetting). The heater in the bedroom worked sporadically, and the TV did not have channel TV, only Netflix, which is not as described. The safe was hidden but not secured in a cupboard, upstairs guests were noisy, the bathroom had mould and rust, and towels had holes in them. And, there were rugs from the floor on the sofa (to protect it?) We so wanted to like the apartment more, but unfortunately not for us. I think if we had stayed 2-3 days we wouldn't have been so disappointed but we stayed 9, and were happy to leave.

The location is minblowing. Quiet from the hustle and bustle of Kotor. A 30-40 minute walk from Kotor, but a nice walk along the shoreline

Everything: the view from the balcony is breathtaking , the facilities are designed to make you comfortable and it is all very clean .

The receptionist lady was really nice and helped us to book the Kotor boat tour which saved us a lots of time. Also introduced the surrounding area and transportation links.

A bit smells from the sewer in the bathroom. But the view and facilities were really nice.

Location is perferct, with beachfront, 3kms from Kotor city centre, quite quiet in the mornings and evenings. There is a parking spot right in front of the residence, and small market 500m away. Staff is very polite and friendly, making your stay comfortable and easier.

The view is stunning, and the room was spacious and clean. Valentina at the reception was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfasts.

If you are coming by car and/or wish to park near old Kotor, be ready for some serious driving contests on the road to the property! Drivers are reckless and the road is very narrow.

incredible location overlooking the lake. We loved the platform for diving into the lake but also having the option of using the pool and loungers. Whilst close enough to Kotor to walk into town, the area was relatively quiet and felt a bit off the tourist trail which suited us well. The penthouse apartment was very spacious, good air con, lovely powerful showers and everything we could need. Hosts were super helpful too. Would highly recommend!

the road to town had no pavement so we didn’t risk walking back in the dark but there are plenty of inexpensive taxis or buses.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Apartments Residence Portofino - out of two week trip in Montenegro and Croatia, this was by far our favourite stop! Very welcoming and friendly host, Valentina, who was always on hand to offer advice and help. Lovely pool area, there are only 5 apartments so it is never too crowded and if you time it right, you can have the whole area to yourself. We loved the bikes, which we regularly used to get in to Kotor and to the market nearby (300m). Apartment itself was clean and comfortable and spacious. Overall 10/10!

nice stay with everything you need! the place is in front of the water, you can just jump in. and also a the place is nearby the old town. there are bikes you can use!
