The carpet needs replacing, 3 chairs need repair, patio door did not lock, bugs in one bathroom, no instructions to use safe. The telephone no. Was incorrect on the instructions!

Modern spacious apartment within short walk from Kotor town with magnificent views from the balcony.

Our apartment was on the third floor. The location was excellent - fabulous uninterrupted views of Kotor bay from the balcony made our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious.

It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging up the towels - we were taking them out onto the balcony to dry but that's very dependent on the weather and not always very convenient.

The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The apartment looks like in pictures. They have underground parking garage. The communication with the host was very good.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. It was done only superficially.

Spectacular views from a lovely and spacious apartment

Great location, 15 mins walk from old town, 5 mins walk to very chilled natural beach with fantastic views, great property, very good size including spacious balcony with fantastic sea and mountain views.

Check in was a little confused and was put back and hour due to previous occupants checking out late. We were told we could put our bags in early but no-one came to facilitate this and we relied on other residents helping us out whilst we waited for three hours outside the property.

Amazing view! Great apartment. Book it!

the apartment was great! So much space and in great condition. We really enjoyed our time there.

It was difficult getting in contact with the staff to pay our balance. I felt like I spent so much time trying to coordinate a meet up. It was a bit stressful.

Beautiful views. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a lovely pool to dip in.

Great location. Easy to get to Kotor tunnel and absolutely amazing views of Kotor bay. Bedrooms were beautiful and lots of storage space.

It could do with a few more kitchen implements. Tongs and serving spoons for example but absolutely fine for a few days stay.

Beautiful well maintained property and grounds in quiet area away from crowds. Clean, comfortable, spacious. 15 min walk to old town. Nice view of harbour from balcony. Easy check in and check out. Good AC and wifi. Bakery and blue cave boat trips 2 minute walk away.

In need of more frequent maintenance to make sure everything works as should. We had small issues with water drainage in bathroom.

Great place with beautiful view!

The location is very good, our apartment was in the 3rd floor, so the view was amazing. We had almost everything you might need, kitchen was well equipt. Plenty of room for six peolple. Small bakery and some small kiosks close by. 15 min to center and old town. The pool was also nice and refreshing. The host also very helpful and welcoming. Everything was perfect, hopefully can visit again soon.

Just some small things that we missed: kitchen towel and coffee machine would be good, extra pillows and blankets and more poolside chairs. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Sisters Summer trip

The location was fine, and views of Kotor were spectacular. Bakery close by. Walking distance to Old Town Kotor. ****. Pool was very refreshing. I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to others.

Just a couple of things, providing a drying rack for wet clothes would be a great addition. Providing drying cloth for the kitchen when not using the dish washer. Hooks to hang towels in both bathrooms would also be a great addition also.

Beautiful appartement with magnificent view

This was amazing place, with beautiful view and incredible host. When we arrived there was a strong rain, we asked if we can check in earlier and they allowed us to check in an hour early.

- This is nothing against the property, but it is quite far from the old town (15 min walk). We didn’t see it as an issue while booking but during the stay it was quite a challenge to walk to and from appartement several times per day. But again, this was known to us when booking and the view is worth it. - second balcony needs to be cleaned. We didn’t use it, so not a big deal. But something to keep in mind

We thought there should have been an information leaflet about Nearby restaurants, or shops in the vicinity, bus station. We had to source these ourselves Which took time. We thought the taxi transfer from the airport organised for us was expensive for the short distance.not complaing though..just tips for other users

Perfect for a couple of nights

Great, spacious, soundproof apartment which was important for our group. Superb view from the terrace. Welcoming and helpful host.

No sugar/salt/coffee/teas which would be lovely to have upon arrival considering there’s a kettle and everything that’s needed for cooking. The area outside doesn’t feel safe. Difficult to find at first.

It could be better.

Location is good, not far from old town Kotor, but the surroundings are a bit strange. Apartment is big, with big balcony, garage for car.

Dishwasher was full of dirty, not good smelt dishes when we arrived. We were 2 of us in apartment for 4 and we had only 1 big shower towel and 6 small towels. Ther is only one small pot, the pan with Teflon coating is scratched, destroyed. One knife is broken, there were used PVC shopping bags from previous guests in the kitchen drawer. In the wardrobe in the room there were traces of previous guests - tickets for attractions, a PVC bag for slippers... They can fix that with a little more control.

Great apparent in Kotor center

Great location. 5 min walk from old town. Private underground parking. Elevator. Small swimming pool. We stayed on the third floor with a balcony just in front of the bay. What a view! 2 shower rooms. 2 bedrooms. We are a family of 5 and the apartment was large enough for us.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The representative was helpful and provided us with all our requests.

The pool was small and only had sun until about 1 pm. There were no instructions in the apartment and no helpful information. (Taxi numbers, how to use the equipment.)

A lovely, well-situated apartment.

Two lovely bedrooms, well situated just ten minutes’ walk from the old town and with its own pool.

It’s a little noisy with the road nearby and the dogs barking at night.

Lovely modern and comfortable apartment with such a beautiful view!

This was a very comfortable and modern apartment. It has everything you would need and the detail to make feel pampered! It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony and admire the truly amazing view! The hostess was very responsive and helpful. The walk to the old town is easy and takes about 10 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kotor.

Not many things to watch in English on TV and no access to Netflix.

Big apartment with a view over Kotor bay. Very close to the old town of Kotor. The apartment is new, clean, and modern. Very helpful host.

We had some problems with hot water. The first day we accidentally turned off the boiler. On the second night, the boiler was on all night, but the water was still cold.
