apartment ok location ok very pretty place but recommend staying on a couple of days not much to do

Nice appartment but a sub-optimal location

The view was perfect, also you could dive into the bay whenever you wanted. Kitchen had everything you need.

The distance to the centre was more than we thought. Also the road is quite hard to drive, it’s busy and very small. The payment was in cash which is totally okay but the owners mother made a sudden appearance to collect it, but she had no change so that made that we had to pay more then we actually owned them. The shower was pretty weird, the layout made no sense so the bathroom was full of water.

Beautiful view, nice room

The view was amazing and bed very comfy. Great to have a kitchen too as we could make breakfast in the morning etc. Petar left a key out for us as we had to check in late which was helpful

Nice and peaceful place to end your day at beautiful Kotor

We could not believe the view from our terrace. Such a nice place to chill after a long day in Kotor. The house is clean, has everything you need and our contact with the owner was pleasant and quick. I would definitly booked it again and recommend it to everyone.

It is too far to walk from the house to the Old Town of Kotor, but you can park your car (for free) closer to the center and walk from there. Perfect solution if you ask me, so it did not bother us.

Peaceful stay with some quirks

The view from the patio is stunning! Waking up to that was beautiful. We stayed there for a week and just loved having breakfast outside and playing the games they have at the apartment. It's lovely to watch the boats and cruise ships go by. It's peaceful, about a 30-minute walk from the centre, though the road in front has no pavement or rules. The cats were a highlight - very sweet and well-behaved. The owner was responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a good and convenient stay.

The apartment could use some updates - kitchen equipment, bedding, and general maintenance. Despite the cleaning fee, there were spider webs, and we were supposed to take the rubbish out after check-out - which we didn't know until after we left. The shower isn’t enclosed, so everything (including the toilet) gets wet. We quickly understood why there was a mop and bucket in the bathroom. Some light bulbs were out, the kitchen tap takes a while to run and then drips when off, and the outdoor motion light flickers constantly. The host’s mother was not very friendly. Also, there are three flights of stairs to the apartment, which could be an issue for some, especially since it’s not mentioned on Booking. Heads up: you'll need to register your stay at the tourist organisation and pay a city tax on your first day in Kotor.

Not what you ve been looking for

We ve stayed 2 nights in there. I can say home owner is a good guy and place view is great but otherwise we do not have enjoyed the stay. Because all of the house has moisture also, it is not very clean. We stayed 31 march to 2 april, kotor was so cold and air condititioner was not enough and both my partner and ı were become sick because of cold.

Well-equipped apartment with a breath-taking view.

A spacious apartment that was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a drying rack to a toaster. The view was exceptional to wake up to every morning. Being able to dive straight into the lake just in front of the apartment was great during the heat. Not to mention the lovely hosts who accommodated our every need, including finding us a taxi on a busy, hot day.

Amazing scenery!

View was stunning! Lovely and quiet. Well facilitated kitchen. Right beside the sea if you wish to go for a sea swim and view main kotor town. About 40 mins from the town by walk, we cycled however which was great and highly recommend this option but if you dont like walking or cycling there is also the blue line bus which serves the apartment. A small shop with lovely sandwich stuff 400m away. We loved it there. Petar was fantastic for communication and his mom was kind woman.

The room was a tiny bit cold. The blanket was quite smelly we didn't know why! Really small thing though!

Great view, customer service needs work.

Great location, incredible view and excellent facilities. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed.

The mother was pleasant and friendly enough (didnt speak any English) but her son was abrupt and communication skills could be improved, for example I asked for a transfer to be booked to the airport, this was not confirmed so I had to chase it up.

Nice location, poor accommodation

The location and views were lovely and the lady was nice though no English and the shower was good

The son was extremely rude when we arrived. As breakfast had been mentioned on booking. Com I asked about it to be shouted at and demand I ring booking myself. When I asked about TV for Queen 's funeral he shouted he didn't care about funerals but they did fix it. There were some dirty slippers as you got through the door, the bedlinen and towels were awful, no bedside light, toilet difficult to flush and whereas most accommodations will at least leave some coffee or wine- nothing just dirty jars were coffee had been but worst of all the signs saying if we left the air con on we would suffer the consequences. Not sure what that meant but didn't feel welcomed or any interaction If you can cope with the lovely location and views and don't care about the room then this would be fine

-Views very nice -Apartment clean -shower powerful but can't be hung up

- A rude note which is seen as soon as you get in the apartment 'if you don't turn off the aircon when you leave the apartment, you will suffer the consequences'... - rules written all over the apartment, makes you feel on edge. -The owner knocked on our door at 9.45 in the morning for payment and with all cleaning material, we felt rushed to leave. -The apartment is a lot smaller in reality compared to the pictures.

Sea-view apartment with comfortable bed and free parking

The apartment is directly facing Bay of Kotor, 7 minutes driving from Kotor Old Town. The view outside apartment is very beautiful, free parking on the street close to sea, swimming is 20-30 meters from the apartment possible. There are printed information in the apartment to follow. My daughter broke a small glass, and the owner told me "no problem, don't worry". The apartment is very clean, the queen size double bed is very comfortable. Good choice for 1 night stay !

Sometimes WiFi is sundenly disconnected and I need to press "reconnect".

this property has amazing views and is very cute. it’s a bit further from the old town but it’s also really nice because it’s quieter over there and you get more of a local experience. AC and wifi worked great and we really loved hanging out on the balcony! staff was really helpful and sweet.

the bed was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. this was a theme for our trip across Europe in general though.
