Good value for money and a lovely view across the bay. Good communication from the owner prior to our arrival.

Hosts were AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi and we work remotely while travelling and they literally bent over backwards to help us resolve it. They moved our room and even bought us a sim card to use. We were two people and not a couple, and they made up the sofa bed for us when we mentioned we had not planned to share a bed. To be honest, we had a lot of questions and needy requests and they helped us so much and with true kindness and patience. Waking up to the bay right at the balcony and the mountains was just amazing. The price for being right on the water was super nice. You can take a little swim any time you want in the clean bay.

The wifi didnt work at first and was a bit unreliable but I think this is just a Kotor thing since we had the same issues at cafes in old town. We also have an unusual need for bandwidth as we work remote on video calls, so you will be fine for normal use. It is a solid 45 minute walk to Old Town and about 35 to buss station, but it was a gorgeous view so it goes quick. Plus we got to work off our vacation beers LOL. There is no sidewalk so it is a bit adventurous and people drive fast, so just take care. I think the locals are used to this - even little kids were walking the street at night - so I think it is pretty safe. I would take the walk for the view and hospitality any day!!

Got to be one of the best places in Kotor to stay so quiet and the view is amazing The water at front is free for anyone to swim in and alot of people staying on the front were jumping in and swimming

The walk to the center was 40 mins but that doesn’t really matter because the walk is flat and the view is amazing

The location and views were lovely and the lady was nice though no English and the shower was good

The son was extremely rude when we arrived. As breakfast had been mentioned on booking. Com I asked about it to be shouted at and demand I ring booking myself. When I asked about TV for Queen 's funeral he shouted he didn't care about funerals but they did fix it. There were some dirty slippers as you got through the door, the bedlinen and towels were awful, no bedside light, toilet difficult to flush and whereas most accommodations will at least leave some coffee or wine- nothing just dirty jars were coffee had been but worst of all the signs saying if we left the air con on we would suffer the consequences. Not sure what that meant but didn't feel welcomed or any interaction If you can cope with the lovely location and views and don't care about the room then this would be fine
