La ubicación es idónea para visitar la ciudad vieja de Kotor. La decoración está bien. La terraza de la entrada es agradable para comer.
El apartamento desprende olor a tuberías. El baño se inunda cuando utilizas la ducha porque inevitablemente el agua se sale. La lavadora no funciona. El menaje de cocina es un tanto escaso. El apartamento no parece preparado para más de 4 personas
