Mimi is an amazing host! She really made us felt at home and we didn’t want to leave! We loved being a bit out from the hustle and bustle of old town and the private pier was perfect to relax and swim! I could not recommend Ribica Apartments enough.

Perfect for a short stay!

The view and proximity to Kotor old city. It’s a nice 15 min walk to the center, which is otherwise packed with cars. The apartment was nice, clean and cosy, the hostess is really nice and her recommendation for a dinner (Boka Bay restaurant) was top.

Home away from home

The apartment is in a charming 140 year old building that’s always been in the host’s family. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has incredible views. Our host Mimi was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We loved our stay and wished we can stay longer!

it was perfect. Mimi is an incredible person, she is really sweet. the apartment had everything we needed. we are very grateful for Mimi’s hospitality. and we are glad that we chose Ribica because the view was perfect and also swimming in front of the house was great!

at first it seem a little far from the old town (15-20 mins of walking) but there is no place in old town that has such a good view. there is nothing bad i can say, it was perfect

Truly magnificent

Truly magnificent. House is gorgeous and very endemic, with views over complete bay, full of comfortable space and neat furnishing. Scenery evokes some of Éric Rohmer's movies and impressions. Blends into Kotor beautiful authenticity. Run by a lovely couple Mimi & Boban. Staying there looked more like visiting relatives than anything else. Happiness and charm!

Mimi is an excellent host. The location of the house is so good and has an amazing view. It is so easy to reach the sea for swimming. The apartment is really comfortable and the kitchen appliances are more than enough.

everything was amazing! the view left us speechless. apartment had everything needed. it was around 20 mins walk from Kotor old town, and it also had a private pier where we could swim and sunbath.

there was nothing I did not like. everything was at a good level!

All that is written - true! Hospitable family, always ready to help and consult, always online in WhatsApp, which is very useful! The beach is equipped with umbrella and suntan-chairs, the sea is absolutely clean! Looking forward to come back! There is no A/C, but the ventilators are very good and strong, so dont worry about the temperature inside the house, it is very comfortable!

Kotor'da rüya gibi bir deneyimdi.

Herkesin manzarasına bakıp tutmak istediğini biliyorum. Kesinlikle aklınızda ne varsa daha fazlası mevcut. Bir evin tüm pencereleri nasıl bu kadar muhteşem manzaralara bakar gerçekten inanamıyorum. Ms. Mimi'ye içten bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Aile mirası olan apartmanlarında bu kadar güzel bir deneyimi bize yaşattığı için çok şanslı hissettim. Bir evde olması gereken her şey vardı ve son derece temizdi. Old Town'a 15 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile gidip geliniyor, tabii bu sizin yürüyüşünüze göre değişecektir. Manzaradan ve diğer güzelliklerden fırsat bulup kendi bahçelerini de gezmeyi unutmayın.

Açıkçası bunu bir öneri olarak yazmak istedim. En azından günümüz standartlarını karşılayan bir TV olursa evde, herkes için kusursuz bir deneyim olacaktır.

Camera con vista strepitosa

La gentilezza della Signora Mimì, che ci ha tenuto il posto per l'auto, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per la registrazione all'ufficio turistico, e consigli su dove mangiare. L'appartamento è molto grande: ingresso, salone, camera, bagno e cucinotto. Ho apprezzato molto il buon gusto della Signora, nel curare i particolari. Ad esempio sul letto, in mezzo ai cuscini color lilla, c'era un profuma biancheria alla lavanda. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la vista dalle due finestre della camera da letto, da cui si vede la baia di Kotor, dove era ormeggiata una nave da crociera. Anche la vista dalla finestra del cucinino è molto bella, si vede sia il mare che il giardino. Molto spaziosa la terrazza che da sul giardino. Illuminata di notte, tipo ingresso dei grandi alberghi di lusso. Atmosfera davvero accogliente e rilassante

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un neo, direi la distanza a piedi dal centro storico. A piedi ci vogliono circa 20-25 minuti. Noi l'abbiamo fatta di notte, per la maggior parte del tragitto non c'è marciapiedi e tanti guidano molto forte, quindi un po' pericoloso, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura

Les millors vistes i una situació privilegiada a la badia de Kotor

Absolutament tot . Es una casa antiga amb embarcador i un jardí fantàstic , en una zona tranquila a la badia de Kotor. Per nosaltres la millor situació per gaudir d'unes vacances relaxants i allunyada del soroll del casc antic de Kotor. La propietària , la Mimi , es una gran anfitriona atenta i sempre disposada a ajudar i fer-te sentir com a casa . 100 % recomanable .
