Our overall experience exceeded our expectations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
The villa is perfectly located, offering stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor Bay. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully arranged to make daily living (especially cooking) easy and comfortable. The extra warm blankets were a lovely touch for the cooler winter nights. We genuinely loved everything about this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
As a family that enjoys exploring local transportation, we found the location to be a bit removed from the main areas. Walking becomes your best friend when heading to Old Town Kotor. There are no nearby shops for late-night food or drinks, so keep that in mind. Renting a car is a good idea if you choose to stay here; unless you don’t mind a bit of walking in which we didn't.

The villa itself is stunning—stone architecture, shuttered windows, and character that speaks to its history, yet outfitted with modern comforts that made our stay effortless. Everything was immaculately clean and well cared for. We loved waking up to soft morning light over the rooftops and being just a few steps away from the waterfront, markets, and scenic walks through the bay. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, take it all in, and feel grounded. Whether you’re here for just one night or several, it leaves a lasting impression. I can’t recommend this property enough—if you’re lucky enough to find it available, don’t think twice. Book it. You’ll be glad you did.
