The view was unreal. Happy days sitting watching the boats pass by. Great annexe for my grown up daughter and her partner. Fabulous outdoor facilities and pool Lots to do and explore in the evenings in Kotor. Cable car, boat trip and underwater wine cellar all great trips out. Very relaxed holiday. Hosts very helpful and friendly.
We were happy with the walk to town and the steep drive is worth the view. We might have struggled with very young children

Beautiful villa, stunning views, and the hosts are very accommodating. The location is also great, slight walk out of the centre, but it means it's quiet.

Beautiful villa, the views were fantastic too.
Very well equipped and comfortable, with a superb pool, plenty of sun loungers and a fantastic pergola and eating area. Our hosts were wonderful - super helpful and attentive.
Not much! It was difficult to get some taxi drivers to take you up the hill, so make sure you’re ok with a short uphill walk just in case

Amazing views, lovely pool and good facilities all round. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Good location to walk into Kotor old town despite the steep climb back up to the house!
Lots of opportunity to do water activities - we spent time kayaking and in boat trips.
Perhaps the steep access - but there were taxis available if needed!
