Luxury Studio Apartment with Sea View & Heated Pool

The apartment was absolutely stunning, very modern and had amazing views of the Bay of Kotor. The place was extremely clean and the pool was fantastic. I'd absolutely choose to stay here again if I'm ever in Kotor in the future. The host arranged for someone to pick me up from the airport and met me when I arrived. I felt very welcomed when I arrived and was shown around the room before being shown where the host was staying. He told me that I could knock any time if I needed anything and was just all round extremely accommodating!

If I had to pick a negative, it would be location. While not in a bad location or anything, there were very few places to grab things for the room (like a bottle of water or something). The nearest shop was about a 15-20 minute walk away. Granted, it made for stunning views and there is a lovely restaurant very close by but honestly, that's the only "bad" thing I have to say

We were only the 2nd people to rent this very modern and well equipped apartment that was a good size in June 2026. Amazing views onto the bay of Kotor from the rooms double sliding door windows and from the nicely heated pool. The pool and loungers were more than enough to share with the properties other two accommodation. Although we would happily have been lazy around the pool all day, there’s so much to do in and around Kotor.

Predivan apartman, veoma čist, udoban i odlično opremljen. Domaćini su bili ljubazni i uvijek dostupni za sve što je trebalo. Posebno bismo pohvalili grijani bazen – iako napolju vrijeme nije bilo baš toplo, uživali smo u kupanju i toploj vodi svaki dan. To je zaista upotpunilo naš boravak i učinilo ga još posebnijim. Sve preporuke, rado bismo se ponovo vratili!
