House with big terrace and beautiful sea view

Incredible view and the flat has all you may need. The owner is very nice and always available for help or clarity any questions. Clima works good and beds were comfortable, kitchen has all needed stuff.

Not related to apartment. Only to aware people and avoid them the same issues I had, I recommend to have a cash, you will need it to pay the flat, the activities you do and to buy groceries in local stores.

The huge terrace and the view of the bay are the highlights of this vacation house. The host gave us a bottle of red wine and turned on the air conditioning before we arrived so we were at the perfect temperature. Additional towels for swimming in the sea at the foot of the hill are provided in the house, as well as binoculars for viewing the scenery. There's private parking for about four cars, but need to drive down a slight slope. If you have a larger car, you can make use of the parking lot of a neighboring property for easy access (drive in the neighboring parking lot a little bit and drive out). Be careful not to park elsewhere just for convenience. I did once (parked in front of an unfinished building) and the next morning I found the angry owner smashed an egg on my window shield. There's a path down the hill to the side of the house, and there's a small shop right at the bottom, making it convenient for buying daily necessities and food. Best of all, the host offers direct pick-up and booking for the Blue Grotto tour, eliminating the need to travel to the town. I checked the price of a tour that included Our Lady of the Rocks, the Yugoslavia Marine Bunker, and the Blue Cave, so I knew the host's price was very reasonable. Best of all, the speedboat picks us up at the nearby seaside of the house (just walk down from the house to the nearest bay beach) and returns us right back to the same spot, making it very convenient.

The views from the property are stunning with a fantastic vista along Kotor Bay and at night the lights from the other side of the bay reflect off the water. The owner was highly communicative and provided clear instructions on the location and access. The accommodation is reasonably basic but clean and for us it was all about the views. There is a set of steps to walk down to the road by the bay and it's approximately 30 minutes to walk into Kotor old town.

The villa had the most perfect view, we came as a family of 4 and the terrace was plenty big enough for us all to sit and relax. Although check in was not until 3pm, the host had the villa cleaned and ready for us arriving at 11am. She had left coffee, sugar, tea bags etc in the kitchen along with biscuits. There was all the shower essentials in the bathroom including washing liquid tablets for the washing machine. Iva could not of been a better host, anytime I was unsure about anything she was only a message away.

We came as a family so we would have liked the villa to be a little closer to the main shops and restaurants. It was a little over 40 minutes walk into the centre.

The view from the terrace totally lived up to the property's description. We had a panoramic view of Boka Bay and, at night, the lights reflected off the water and resulted in a stunning view. There was plenty of room with two bedrooms, kitchen, bath and living room. Our host was a great communicator and helped us coordinate everything. She even made a pair of binoculars available for viewing distant points across the bay, and a nice bottle of wine was offered.

The only challenging part about this property is its location. It's quite out of the way and the parking location was quite a challenge to navigate due to tight spacing and a pretty steep approach.

The view from this terrace was outstanding, plenty big enough for 4 adults, and the host Iva was very informative and helpful, anything you need at all she responded immediately

Needs a little updating and the steps are very uneven
