Beautifully renovated apartment with superb hosts

Beautifully renovated apartment on 2 levels. We especially liked having a bathroom on each level. The hosts were very responsive and took great care of every detail. I even had my prescription reading glasses returned to me in Podgorica a couple of days after I lost them in Kotor. They really went the extra mile - Fantastic service!

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Great location with about a 25 minute walk into old town. The walk is lovely, along the bay with beautiful views. The apartment itself is in a very quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the property was clean on arrival.

Not enough towels or toilet roll provided for the length of our stay. It would be really helpful to have a brief welcome or information pack at the property explaining how to use the washing machines etc and numbers for locals taxis etc.

Totally renovated, everything has been considered to make your stay a pleasure. The property is gorgeous, just like the pictures, with new appliances and a toasting machine for when you prefer to eat in. 2 bathrooms was a treat. We knew the location of the property would mean we would walk into town rather than drive & park (it’s my third visit to kotor) and the landlord was super helpful to organize local parking close to the apartment (especially as I didn’t realize we needed to inform them). Church parking a little after was a great alternative.

Beautiful and tastefully designed apartment. Nemanja has been extremely great and hospitable. The bed js extremely comfortable. It’s right next to the sea so you can dive right in for a nice swim.

Lovely old stone building, beautifully renovated.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the top floor. Well furnished, spotlessly clean, across the road from swimming areas, fabulous views of the comings and goings on the bay from the front of the property. Responsive host. Distance to the old town would under normal circumstances be easy to walk but we stayed during a very hot week so the walk although flat was challenging. Taxis are available though.

Due to the heat it was difficult to use the terrace, some shade trees would definitely improve the area.

דירה מקסימה, נוחה, יפה ומאובזרת היטב.

הדירה נוחה, מאוד יפה, בחלק התחתון שלה יש סלון, מטבח, מכונת כביסה. בחלק העליון ישנו חדר שינה עם מיטה זוגית נוחה. הנוף לים הוא מקסים. תמיד היו לנו מים חמים. היו שני חדרי שירותים ומקלחת, אחד למטה ואחד למעלה. המארח סיפק לנו מקום חנייה מול הדירה, שתמיד נשמר עבורנו. חשוב לציין כי השארנו את המזוודות בסלון, כי העלייה לחדר השינה היא במדרגות תלולות, וקשה להעלות את הדברים לשם. כמו כן, גם ההגעה לדירה כרוכה בעלייה במדרגות. המארח עזר לנו עם המזוודות. לנו זה לא הפריע, אבל חשוב לציין את זה למי שזה משמעותי עבורו. התשלום היה במזומן.

הדירה מרוחקת מהעיר העתיקה כ - 20 - 25 דקות הליכה. לנו זה לא הפריע, כי הנוף והמיקום היו מאוד יפים והיה כיף להתעורר בבוקר לנוף כזה.

מקום נקי, באזור שקט. מכונת כביסה, חשיבה עד לפרטים הקטנים. מארח זמין. השאיר לנו בקבוק יין בכניסה. החליף מגבות ודאג שתהייה לנו חנייה זמינה לאורך כל השהות. סהכ היינו שם 5 ימים והיה מהמם

אם לא היינו מתניידות ברכב- זה לא מיקום טוב. רחוק. נמצא בצד השני של העיר העתיקה, במרחק 7 דקות נסיעה מסופר קרוב. הליכה לא סימפטית על הכביש הצר.

Neue Appartements sehr netter Besitzer.

Schöne kleine Appartements auf der ruhigeren Seite von Kotor. Wenn nicht 100derte deutsche Wohnmobile die kleine Uferstraße verstopfen würden. Wie soll das weitergehen, stellt euch die Riesenkisten in den eigenen Garten und last die Straßen frei, ihr nervt schon in Deutschland genug. 30 Min Fußmarsch nach Kotor oder Bus für 1,50. Appartements 1 ist neu , zeigt aber schon erste Abnutzungserscheinungen (Badezimmertür kann durch verzogenen Türrahmen nicht geschlossen werden. Meeerblick vom Zimmer nicht möglich, aber Badesteg entschädigt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt im entspannten Teil von Kotor

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, toll ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt, gegenüber hat man quasi seinen privaten Steg. Es gibt auch Liegestühle. In die Stadt geht man ca 30. Minuten, hier wären Fahrräder noch super.
