Loved our stay at Apartment Rozer, extremely clean, loved the private beach area. Isabella was so helpful and provided a transfer for us. The owners were also very friendly and kindly offered us a bottle of their family wine. If you plan to visit Kotor old town I recommend using a taxi, they are very easy to find and cost approx €5. 10/10 cannot fault Apartment Rozer

Stunning property with fantastic hosts

Gorgeous property absolutely spotless !! It’s truly stunning and every amenity available like a washing machine in the apartment . The bed was so comfortable with a memory foam mattress, air con was super chilled and perfect after a hot day .the owners are such lovely friendly couple who really helped us out when our taxi never turned up to take us to the bus station. Stay here if you want a spotless clean and stunning location with gorgeous views :)

The best appartement!!

Everything!!! If we could have stay longer I think we would definitely have. We had the best time ever during our Montenegro trip. It is super great located, super clean, super modern, the view and the access to the sea is gorgeous. Truly amazing and hosts are the nicest!

The best choice in Kotor

First of all, our hosts, the Rozers, were really nice and helpful. They let us keep our car in their garage and even took care of cleaning the car! Could not think of better hosts! The room we stayed at was clean, luxurious and well equipped. The bed was superb. The private beach was a bonus we did not expect. Overall, a five star experience. We sincerely recommend.

We really loved our stay at the Apartments Rozer. It was a cosy and fully-equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. Cleanliness was far more than we expected. Plus, the Rozer family was extremely kind, warm, and helpful. The apartment has a private access to the sea and they offer sun beds, umbrellas, shower, and even sea towels. It is about 3 km to Kotor Old Town. So, it takes half an hour walk or a few minutes drive to the centre. Taxi costs about 5 euros. And although they were so irregular for us to catch, there are also public buses (Blueline). There is a mini-market nearby and it is possible to find free parking place around the house.

The apartment is actually a one-bedroom penthouse and there is only one ac and that is in the living room. Therefore, it was a bit hot in the sleeping areas. But, the hosts warn about this issue and give a chance to use the sofa bed in the living room. Also, the sea was usually polluted for unknown reasons, but this has nothing to do with the Apartments Rozer. And yet, if you like to have a sea & sun holiday, it would be better not to choose Kotor in the first place.

Location has privaty swiming area infront of Appartment. The view was fabilous. Managers has pretty warm smile in their face. It’s kind of family business so they were lovely. I higly recommend this location 🍀🤍 enjoy 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The room is clean and everything you need is in the room. Location is great. It is right next to the sea and if you want to go to the old town, 5 minutes by car or a bus passes in front of the house.

If you are going by car, the roads are a bit narrow, finding a parking space and parking can be a problem.

Best choice in Kotor

We liked being there so much that we decided to stay there for a day longer. The owners are so nice they will answer all your questions and be sure you have everything you need. The room was small but cosy. The fridge, basic kitchen staff and washing machine was there. 2km to Kotor. This place for rest is the best

Living there is better to have a car, there is a public parking so do not worry. To get to sea you need to cross a street which is quite inconvenient but typical for this area

Nice Apartments -wonderful Owners

Very clean and cosy with all conveniences: kitchen, bathroom, washing machine (detergent is provided). Cleaning and change (linen, towels) is conducted upon request. Owners presented their own bottle of wine. At the house-private place for swimming. Swimming towels are provided as well. Location is about 30-40 minutes walk to the old city. By city bus-1 euro but they go not often and 3 euro by taxi. See tours (small boats) can be ordered with landing on/off beside the apartment.

Best vacation ever! If you want peaceful vacation we are recommending Muo and Rozer.

Cannot say what was better. Room was more than clear and comfortable! fully equipped, great private beach with breathtaking view, location is excellent (cca 3e taxi to Kotor), house holders are lovely people, really nurturing, pleasant and polite. Overall impression is perfect, we are definitely coming back. One of our best vacations was here and Rozer apartments are one of main reasons.

Fantastic two week stay

Excellent location in Muo, close enough to Kotor but far enough away to be peaceful. Stunning balcony views. Wonderful hosts, very friendly, the highlight for us was having access to their private beach for a swim and sun lounge access. We had a long stay and wanted a kitchenette to be able to make our some meals ourselves, so this was a great option. Drinking water was also provided which was a massive plus. And their family wine is excellent!

Only downside was not having parking, but there were parking spots available a short walk away. Definitely recommend, hope to be back again soon.

Peaceful stay with helpful, kind hosts

We really loved the location, a little out of town, as it was quiet and had great views across the water to Kotor. It was easy to catch the hourly bus in either direction, but we enjoyed the walking to and from town. Most of all, the hosts were amazing. We needed help organizing a doctor's visit as well as a taxi for some hiking we were looking at, and the hosts went above and beyond to help set up everything. We cannot thank them enough for making this a special stop on our honeymoon tour of the Balkans. Oh, and the supply of drinking water was an excellent touch!

Had to reset the WiFi router a few times, but it always worked. Thankfully it was in the hallway, so easy to do.

La ubicación es un lujo, con salida directa al mar. Los propietarios son extremadamente amables y te ofrecen todo lo necesario para poder bañarte relajadamente (sombrilla, hamacas...). Las vistas, magníficas.

La zona es muy complicada para aparcar y acercarte andando al centro es algo tedioso y con tráfico intenso, pero nada de esto es achacable al apartamento en sí ni a los dueños, que son FANTASTICOS ! Gracias por toda la ayuda !

Świetni gospodarze, ładny obiekt, wspaniała lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, ponieważ blisko Kotoru (30 minut spacerem na pieszo) ale w spokojniejszej okolicy. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni (leki, ładowarki itp. czego nie mieliśmy - pomogli nam z tym + zaoferowali pomoc) Jest tam tez bardzo korzystna możliwość skorzystania z transferu / Taxi np. na lotnisko. Bardzo ładny i zadbana część działki przy wodzie, z możliwością leżaków, prysznica etc.

Jedyny minus to może taki że trzeba leżaki i parasole przynosić i zanosić po użytkowaniu do obiektu, ale rozumiem że chodzi o to żeby się nie amortyzowały i były bezpieczne.

Это невероятное место! Тихое, красивое, с шикарным видом на Которский залив и собственным пляжем через дорогу! Апартаменты приятные и чистые, довольно тесные, но для двоих отлично. У нас было два балкона и просто невероятный вид из гостиной и спальни. Через дорогу спуск к воде, есть шезлонги и зонтики, мы твои практически одни. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, живут в этом же доме. Нужно только учитывать, что это удаленное место и менее туристическое. Рядом только один маленький магазинчик. До ближайшего кафе 10-15 минут, до центра идти 30-40 минут, но мы всегда попадали на автобус.

Exceptionnel, tout est parfait bravo !

Tout est absolument parfait et excellent ! La petite résidence totalement neuve et cosy, dans un style luxueux, la gentillesse et le savoir être de l’hôte, totalement arrengeant, il m’a même déposé à la station de bus avec son propre véhicule personnel ! La qualité des équipements est parfaite, confort du lit parfait, ponton privatif les pieds dans l’eau à la sortie de la chambre, bref c’est un 11/10 !

La situation géographique éloignée de Kotor, il faut 30min de marche le long d’une route particulièrement dangereuse et risquée pour les piétons

Alles super und sauber.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir waren etwas früher vor Ort und durften dennoch einchecken. Das Haus ist direkt am Wasser und wäre das Wetter etwas besser gewesen hätte man wunderbar schwimmen gehen können. :) Im Sommer eine mega Unterkunft.
