Apartments Andrija

The location is really good. Not too close to the town so it’s quiet and peaceful, but not so far that you can’t walk to old town. It’s actually a really nice stroll by the bay to get to the old town and takes about 20minutes depending on your pace. The apartment has all the amenities you need and you have parking. The hosts are helpful and communication is simple. Beautiful view, even from the garden apartment we had - Kotor bay is gorgeous.

There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom for the duration of our stay, all 5 nights. The smell intensified and night and improved during the day, but never fully disappeared and it was still present even when we closed the bathroom door. This was the same sewer smell that you could sometimes feel all over town. It was a city sewage and plumbing problem, so they couldn’t do anything about it, and other accomodations will probably have the same issue. Still, it wasn’t pleasant. The parking also wasn’t easy. Even though we had a designated parking space, getting into the parking was hard every time because someone had left their rather large jeep blocking half the garage entrance and they never left the spot. Quite an inconvenience. Finally, there are no blinds, just curtains, and the apartment is east facing so in the morning the sun hits it full on - makes it very hard to sleep in if you don’t have a sleep mask.

Stunning views of the bay, great air conditioning and has everything we needed. Staff were also very friendly and super helpful.

Make sure you’re happy to walk about 25m into kotor old town

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly and helpful, and collecting the keys was quick and easy. We especially appreciated the quiet room.

The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. It worked, but it wasn't quite powerful enough to cool the entire apartment.

We liked the apartment, it was clean, spacious and air-conditioned, with a friendly owner who was available by phone, and overall we rate the visit positively, but there were a few major flaws.

The location is further away than you might think, as the road to the apartment is narrow, without sidewalks and is frequently traversed by cars, so you have to be careful, especially at night. Furthermore, the apartment is difficult to find at first; Google doesn't lead directly to it and the guide video isn't very helpful if you came from a different direction. Although the apartment was clean, the kitchen utensils were dirty and the pans and pots were poorly maintained. There was mold in the shower. We weren't provided with a duvet or bed linen, only a throw blanket.
