Large and clean apartment in a not-so-great location

We liked the apartment, it was clean, spacious and air-conditioned, with a friendly owner who was available by phone, and overall we rate the visit positively, but there were a few major flaws.

The location is further away than you might think, as the road to the apartment is narrow, without sidewalks and is frequently traversed by cars, so you have to be careful, especially at night. Furthermore, the apartment is difficult to find at first; Google doesn't lead directly to it and the guide video isn't very helpful if you came from a different direction. Although the apartment was clean, the kitchen utensils were dirty and the pans and pots were poorly maintained. There was mold in the shower. We weren't provided with a duvet or bed linen, only a throw blanket.

10/10 We could not find a fault! Katarina (and her family) is the HOSTESS with the MOSTESS!!! From the warm and friendly welcome, the awesome suggestions to the super prompt awswers to requests. In addition, Katarina's English is excellent. Apartment (and garden)- IMMACULATE. Super spacious and our garden view apartment also had an unexpectedly fantastic sea view! Location- EXCELLENT- 20 mins flat walk to the old town. It was so nice after a full on day, to lie on the sun loungers under the fruit trees in the garden.....so peaceful and relaxing. There is also a great swimming spot at the end of the street.Highly recommed!

Perfect stay and one of the greatest hosts we ever met.

It is our 2nd time in this apartments. Everything was great - easy check in, pleasant apartment, good location and great host! Apartments are clean, cozy and well equipped, grill zone is available at the territory.

Cosy and comfy

The location was in walkable distance to the center and it was located in a calm and cosy neighbourhood, near the lake to swim there as well. We had a water shortage on the last day where the owner let us check us late and it was very kind of him.

Solid apartment.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with a great view. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was good. About a 25 min walk to Kotor Old Town. Good value for money.

Very strong cigarette smell overwhelming the living area. Interesting, indescribable smell in the bathroom. Bedroom was okay though.

Smooth easy check in. Host quick with a response via WhatsApp to any query. Loved the location, you walk out of the appartment and down to the road and there is an area where you can chill and hop in for a swim with incredible views. Breathtaking views of the mountains everywhere you look. Appartment was spacious, very clean and great AC. Equipped with everything that we needed and a lovely area to sit out in front and take in the mountain views. A short walk into Kotor old town and supermarket. I will be back and will also be recommending to all of my friends.

They lie - the apartment doesn’t look same as the pictures, the air conditioning is only in the living room (room is super hot!!!), the bed was uncomfortable, the fan in the bathroom is super loud, there isn’t a shower gel/shampoo/anything and it’s 20/30 minute walk from the nearest restaurant/supermarket

Okay for a short stay

Host was helpful and answered to all our requests. Terrace with a stunning view to a bay and mountains.

Unpleasant smell in a bathroom, no shampoo, no tea or coffee. The apartments could be more clean. There is a good climb up and down the hill.

Very nice apartment - Great Choice.

PROS: - Apartment is very nice, modern, clean. - Doors on bathroom, living area, and bedroom. - Panini maker in the kitchen. - Location offers a nice view of Kotor Bay and fortress, especially from street. - Quiet street away from noisy tourist area. - Fair nightly rate. - Bed and pillows are very comfortable. - Clothes washer and drying rack provided. - Efficient heating unit in living area, and small one provided in bathroom. - Owner (Alex) very responsive with requests and any issues that popped up.

CONS: - Sink in bathroom is small. - Internet was wonky a few times over our 5 days. - No microwave oven in kitchen, but e made due with stove. - On the last day, the shower drained very slowly (Advised owner - he was sending someone to look into it - I told him to not worry for us). * For those with mobility issues, know that the walk to Old Town is about 20 minutes, and near the apartment there is a steep hill, but it only takes a minute or two to climb.

A great place to spend a few days near Kotor

Comfortable and spacious apartment with beautiful view of the garden and the sea. We appreciated having parking, given the large amount of traffic in Kotor, and it was only a 20 min walk to get to the old town. Fully stocked kitchen and supermarkets just down the road made self catering very easy. Washing machine and line is alway a bonus for longer stays. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

City tax is not included, the accomodation will not sort this on your behalf, and you will need to go into Kotor to pay this within 24h of arriving. While this was easy enough to do, and seemed like a very common practice with accomodations in Kotor, it was an added inconvenience.

Perfect place to stay in Kotor!

It has a spectacular view from the balcony. The furnishing and the amenities are great. You have everything you need including a dishwasher and a washing machine! We strongly reccommend it!

Lovely apartment, beautiful view

The view at the balcony is amazing. The bay of Kotor is right out there. The room is exactly like the photos. The price is good. The studio has everything you need for a family holiday. I requested a cot and the host set it up before we arrived. AC is available. Walking distance to the old town. Very close to the water, and you can just jump into the water for a swim. Absolutely lovely.

Very friendly host, there to meet us, offereing to help to get anything arranged. Large balcony with a great view of the mountains and bay.
