The property feels well maintained and comfortable. I liked the location and the quiet surroundings… and amazing view.

Heating was only available through the AC, which wasn’t ideal, but the space was generally warm enough.

Easy walk into old town, scenic views day and night

The hot water in taps were not working . It was explained that works locally had reduced the water pressure thus unable to heat up. Shower was hot

Part of the road to Kotor has no pavements and you have to walk on the road. Not the hosts fault though.

Nice view on Kotor

View from the balcony on Old town Kotor ist stunning (if no cruise ship blocks the view…). Really nice landlady. Spacey apartment. Includes everything you need. Close to but not in Kotor. It is a foot walk of 15-20 mins. Could park your car directly at the house.

Not much to criticise - the apt could youse a bit of a refresh. But nothing that did affect our stay.

The Hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We've really enjoyed our stay! The View is simply amazing. The fiord, the mountains and the huge ships - all is there right from your balcony. Mind blowing!

Wir hatten eine tolle Sicht auf Kotor vom Balkon aus. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Ein sehr netter Empfang und sehr netter Umgang.

Las mejores vistas de todo Kotor. Es de postal. La propietara es encantadora y la casa es muy completa y tranquila.

El desplazamiento a Kotor caminando es estresante por el trafico, las curvas cerradas y la ausencia de aceras. Y en coche por las caravanas y la carencia de estacionamiento. Supongo que fuera de julio y agosto se disfrutara mas.

Schöner Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fragwürdig.

Ruhige Lage und das der Balkon ab Mittag im Schatten liegt. Herrliche Sicht auf den Fjord, die Altstadt und das Gebirge. Hierbei mit einem guten Getränk ein Buch, eine Zeitung lesen oder die Sinne schweifen zu lassen. Eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Die Kaffeemaschine war noch mit alten Wasser gefüllt, im Wasserkocher befand sich abgestandenes, unappetitliches Wasser mit einer ordentlichen Schicht Kalk, der Toaster, der Herd waren im Inneren schmutzig. So übergibt man keine FeWo! Nach der Schlüsselübergabe wurde sofort die Bezahlung angesprochen, die sofort, spätestens am nächsten Tag zu erfolgen hätte (14tägigrer Aufenthalt). Eine Meldung bei der Fremdenbehörde musste durch uns selbst durchgeführt werden. Auf die Frage, wo unser angefallener Abfall in welche Tonne beim Vermieter abgelegt werden kann wurde uns beschieden diesen in einen der Container, die in der Straße nach Kotor stehen, einzuschmeißen. Hier wäre ein wenig mehr Service für den Gast angebracht!

Atemberaubende Aussicht, ruhig und super nette Vermieterin. Kleines Haus, unten die Vermieterin und oben mit eigenem Eingang und zusätzlichem Sitzplatz außen mit Terrasse und ein schöner Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. 😀 Ganz lieben Dank 🙏 an die Vermieterin.

Uns hat alles gefallen, einkaufen, Wandern, Fahrrad fahren, schwimmen. Es ist einfach nur schön und wir haben die Tage genossen.

Apartment mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Das Apartment befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und die Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist komfortabel, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Kotor ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin Davorka ist sehr nett und hat uns einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
