The road to the apartment

I recently stayed at Sofia Apartment in Dobrota, and it was one of the most comfortable and memorable experiences during my Montenegro trip. The room was cozy, clean, and located right on the waterfront, offering an absolutely breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor. Waking up to the calm water and mountains every morning felt surreal. The location is excellent — very close to Kotor Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet. I had my car booked for four days, and commuting around the area was incredibly easy. Parking, access, and driving routes were all smooth. Inside, the bed was very comfortable, and the living space was thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen had just the right amount of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for simple cooking. All necessary amenities were available and well-maintained. A special mention goes to Sofia, the owner, who is genuinely warm and considerate. When I was short on cash, she simply accepted 2 euros less without any hesitation. It was a small gesture, but it showed her kindness and understanding — something you don’t often find. I was traveling with my baby, who had nasal congestion and cried quite a bit at times. I was worried it might disturb others, but no one complained or made us feel uncomfortable. The environment felt welcoming, calm, and family‑friendly, which meant a lot to me. Overall, Sofia Apartment offers a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dobrota or Kotor.

Nothing! Everything ok for a family wanting a calm and quiet stay yet close to the prime location.

We liked everything, the view is spectacular, the apartment is extremely clean and the whole stay was perfect.
