Kotor Muo Apartments E1

There is a very nice patio with a table and the view across the water to Kotor is beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure excellent, the kitchen well equipped. Wifi seemed ok for our purposes. Nice location about 20 mins walk into old town. The apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. As no one one was coming into the apartment the day we left, the owner kindly let us leave luggage in the apartment for a few extra hours while we went out for the morning. Communication with the owner was prompt and responsive when we had issues but more proactive communication could have avoided some issues in the first place.

We would stay here again but a number of issues prevent this property getting top ratings. On arrival we were asked to pay in cash which we hadn’t been told. We could have paid cash with advance notice so we see this as an advance communication issue. It was easily resolved though and we paid by card. We rented here largely for the view. It’s great from the patio but was limited from inside as the the bifold storm doors to the living room were broken and stuck in the shut position. As a result 2 thirds of the view was blocked. We were told door- parts were on order but I advise checking other reviews. We were told where to park but this was not a marked space on the property. Someone left us a note about where we parked. We left a note on our car putting people in touch with the owner. A designated marked space was created the same day. Cleanliness was good enough but when we came to use the oven we found a pan of cooking oil. Maybe a previous visitor had left it there but it was still there after cleaning. The apartment generally has a few minor rough edges such as a bit of peeling on bathroom door where a heater has clearly melted it. The extractor fan above the oven is cosmetic only. A lamp didn’t work.

View across Kotor bay was very impressive Spacious accommodation that had all utensils etc needed for our stay.

Too many broken or damaged items eg no doors to shower cubicle, door blinds only partially covering doors to patio (enabled views directly into apartment).

Prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Heerlijk zwembad, wel klein maar om af te koelen prima! Vanuit appartement loop je 20 passen en sta je erin Bakker op 10 min lopen. Oude stad is iets verder weg (20min). Andere kant op zijn ook voldoende goede restaurants. Ochtend zon. Avond schaduw.

Er waren gebreken. Wc spoelt niet, lichtje kapot, douchescherm incompleet (badkamer wordt nat) luiken kapot en de luxaflex ook kapot of incompleet. Mevrouw hielp ons wel snel met wc en licht.dank.

Nous avons passé sept jours dans l’appartement E1. Nous avons adoré la vue !! L’appartement est bien placé et permet de rejoindre la vieille ville de KOTOR en faisant une agréable balade d’une vingtaine de minutes à pied. La terrasse avec le hamac est très agréable et l’accès direct à la piscine est un plus. Vous trouverez en bas de l’immeuble, différents endroits pour vous baigner .

Il ne manque pas grand-chose pour que l’appartement soit parfait. Effectivement, certaines choses, demandent à être améliorées : - des chaises longues seraient appréciées. – Il n’y a pas de porte à la douche. - Le robinet de la cuisine goutte. - la chasse d’eau des toilettes de la suite parentale fuit et fait du bruit de jours comme de nuit. Nous avons été obligés de couper l’eau afin de limiter le bruit, surtout la nuit. –il manque la totalité des clayettes au niveau du volet central de la baie vitrée, ce qui peut donner un sentiment d’insécurité.
