Hassle free stay and a very responsive team

One bedroom apartment with beautiful views across the bay. Iliaj and his mother were very responsive and always there to help. We didn’t book an apartment with a washing machine but they were kind enough to give us access to one.

The only thing missing was a microwave.

Perfect place with perfect view in Kotor

The location is perfect! Less than 5 mins driving to nearest halal food in Kotor, then another 1-2 mins drive to Kotor Old town. Parking provided for free included, just in front of the house. The view is magnificient!! The mountain view with clear lake just in front of the house. Too beautiful to describe. The owner ease my check in and check out. Very helpful with all the details. I asked few questions in the chat, the owner helped me a lot with suggestions where to visit in Kotor. Love everything about this place

Good studio with beautiful sea view of Kotor

The studio is next to the apartment, smaller in size but shares the same beautiful bay view in Kotor. Very comfortable and cozy studio.

The shower head was really loose, making it really inconvenient when showering as it kept falling off.

Cozy and quiet apartment with brilliant bay view in Muo.

Ilija was absolutely very friendly and helpful! The apartment was big, clean and tidy. Great bay view on the balcony. Cosy, quiet and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back again!

The towels are a bit overused and not very comfortable. It would be better if there were complimentary water and shampoo in the shower.

Highlight of our Eurotrip

The most incredible stay of our Eurotrip! We loved the comfortable bed, swimming in the bay every morning, the location (a bit of a walk from the main town but so beautiful), the view from the porch, and the kindness of the hosts.

Our stay was AMAZING!! It was a surprise how clean and tidy everything was!! The host is just amazing, he didn’t forget a detail to make our stay good, from the super clean kitchenware to flip flops. Everything we needed was just there 1000/10

Great view with parking spots

This is a good option if you have a car & need a parking spot. The view is amazing & there is seating out the front, overlooking the bay. It was a clean apartment which would be good for a 1 or 2 night stay as it is very compact. There was no room for our luggage in the bedroom so we had to use the living space, which made it feel very cramped. The bed was comfortable though. There are no cafes or restaurants nearby but it's a flat walk to the nearest cafe, maybe 1km. The private beach area is a great space that looked very clean & well looked after. Communication with the host was good & he was very responsive & welcoming. His mother met us on arrival & she was lovely.

Pleasant at times

A lovely view across the water towards Kotor

Very small kitchen area. The very narrow road outside was sometimes tranquil, but at other times filled with vehicle from both directions struggling to get past each other. So somtimes some horn noises.

Excellent stay

The staff were all really helpful and the property itself was great. The location was stunning, overlooking the bay with a brilliant sunbathing area right next to the sea.

There was nothing we disliked, but be prepared to walk into kotor which is about 20-25 minutes as the taxi companies are not very good.

Priceless view with mix of mountains and the sea

The apartment is in a great location – just far enough from the tourist center of Kotor, traffic and crowds, yet close enough for a pleasant walk. It is very spacious, tidy, and clean. Parking is provided. The best part is the view from the terrace and waking up to it every morning. It is like my dream home view! You truly feel sorry when it’s time to leave and can’t wait to come back again.

Only regret we have is not taking the sunset boat tour around the bay – I believe it could have been arranged through the accommodation, but our stay was simply too short. I would definitely recommend future guests to plan this experience in advance, as it seems like a perfect way to enjoy the beauty of the bay.

Great apartment. Fantastic balcony with a million dollar view. Well equipped as well. Hosts don't speak any English but still manage to help you.

No shop or pub or restaurant is near by. Literally nothing. Nearest bakery in 20 min walking distance and no sidewalks. So you need to plan ahead a little 🙂. Taxi has to be preordered.

Beautiful setting with very helpful hosts

The view from the balcony was amazing ! Seeing the cruise ships tender and then leave in the evening.

A little out from the old town , takes about 30 mins slow stroll , ok but if you do it several times a day especially when very hot it can be taxing !

Apartment with amazing view

Apartment has magnificent view to Kotor bay. Every morning you can watch how new cruise ship is coming. Apartment has big closet, well equipped kitchen, safe place where to put a car (one of the biggest parkings in this area). We very enjoyed stay here.

The view was spectacular, the hosts were very polite and helpful, the apartment was clean and cosy. Near a very nice town with lots of nice places to eat.

Not related to the apartment itself but the road it is on is quite unsafe and many reckless drivers.

What a place with a view!

The apartment is great, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The view of the Kotor Bay is to die for. The owner (and her son Ilija) are supremely nice and very helpful. We were even provided detergent for the washing machine to do our laundry. And of course, private and secure parking is a huge plus! We definitely enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment, and I highly recommend.

We liked everything! But domě persons may feel that almost 25 min walk to reach the main gate into Kotor Old Town is too much. We enjoy walking, that even in the rain, it didn't bother us at all...

Good place to stay

We stayed there only one night, it was a good experience. The host was really kind, the view and the terrace are amazing even though the building is located on the street. There is a private parking in front of the apartment. Quiet place with blinds which was important for us to get rested.

There was a smell when you open the refrigerator even though it was perfectly clean.

One of the most scenic places I’ve been to

The view from the terrace is incredible. It’s about a 20 minute walk to old town and all the other bars and restaurants are on the opposite side. There is a small shop about a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend staying here as long as you don’t mind the walk into town as the views and peacefulness make up for it. The apartment has everything you need as well and the hosts were very welcoming and stayed up late to make sure we checked in fine.

The only negative was the walk but it’s a very nice walk and it goes quick. There is a bus as well but we didn’t end up using it. We didn’t even bother with taxis either.

Clean pleasant room. Everything you need to cook breakfast or dinner on your own. Excellent view of the bay and Kotor, Quiet street. Sunny side.

There are no hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. Poor sound insulation with adjacent rooms. Neighbors can be heard from other rooms.
