The accommodation was wonderful. It was very clean and had a new kitchen that was fully equipped. We even had access to a washing machine. Communication with the landlord via email was excellent. Shortly before our arrival, he provided us with detailed information about the route, how to use the kitchen appliances, etc. The view from the balcony over the Bay of Kotor was breathtaking, both during the day and in the evening when the lights came on. I would book the accommodation again at any time and highly recommend it.

Stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and was an excellent base to explore Kotor and the surrounding area. Check-in was easy, with the use of the key box and code. Piers made the whole experience so much easier with his detailed email correspondence. The apartment was clean and tidy and was well equipped with all that you would need. Lovely pool and a 2 minute walk to the bay area. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing and no photograph will ever do this view justice. You'd just have to experience this for yourselves!

Apartment is on first floor with stairs up to front door. It is very well equipped with just about everything you need. It was very hot so A/C was used at night. Just kept balcony door open during day. You get morning sun so if you want lunch in the shade it’s perfect. The view is stunning and never boring with so much happening on the water. The pool area never got very busy and although the pool is small it is enough to go in to cool off. We used to walk down late afternoon for a swim in the sea. The slope up to the apartments, however, is very tough going so if you are older or are disabled then you should bear in mind. Piers the owner is wonderful and is so helpful. I felt I knew the apartment before I came.

The apartment was clean and fully equipped with "hardware" (all the cooking implements you'd need), has good wifi and AC. It's close to Kotor but a bit of a walk on a fairly harrowing road for the uninitiated. It was as advertised - always a good thing. Pater was a responsive host. The only ding would be in the "software" - 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, no laundry deterent and no garbage/recycling bags . ..perhaps a cleaning crew oops - but for almost a two week stay, not ideal

This apartment is well-equipped, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Felt really spacious and never too hot in the August heat. 15 minute walk into town with amazing views across the bay. Sometimes we got so distracted watching the comings and goings on the bay, it was amazing. Piers is a great host - really helpful with his directions and keen for us to have a wonderful stay.

This was our fourth visit to Kotor, as it’s such a beautiful town. It was our first time in this apartment which is in an ideal location with stunning views across the bay to Kotor Old Town, further enhanced by being on the 2nd floor. It’s well equipped with all you need , pool and grounds are well maintained & communication from the owner, Piers, was great 👍 It’s a 15/20 min walk round the bay into town with lots of great restaurants and bars. I’d highly recommend a trip on the Cable Car for stunning views from the top of the mountain, there’s a nice restaurant up there as well 👍

We just loved the view and spent ages on the balcony just soaking it in. We had a few problems finding the place, despite Piers’ great directions. The sign was obvious when we came from the other direction the next day! Piers was lovely to deal with. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the old town on a tight road for a lot of the time but we got used to it. The only real negative is that Kotor has too many cruise boats so the place is overcrowded almost every day. However that view will stay with us forever.

Piers is a very nice guy and was always quick to answer any questions. The view from the balcony is great! The equipment with two loungers was also great! The location of the apartment is quite central. Amenities were good overall, however it would be nice to have bin liners on site as well as a newer and CLEAN frying pan (we cook a lot ourselves which perhaps many don't) Would also be great to have a beach umbrella or parasol for the balcony that was there unfortunately no longer a pole ;-) All in all a great week!

Nearing the end of our 8 week trip in Europe, this was one of the 2 best accommodations we stayed in. On top of that Piers was so helpful, probably the nicest host we have had. Cannot say enough about the fabulous view and comfortable, roomy accommodation and even a pool. Location is great as it is close to Kotor, but away from that super busy area. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos with spectacular views of the bay from the balcony. There was plenty of equipment for cooking should we have needed it but we ate out in the old town each evening. We enjoyed our boat trip around the bay and to the blue grotto and bus trips to Budva and Perast. We swam afew times from the beach just beyond the old town and climbed the steps up to the fort 🥵. Piers is a great host and responded quickly to my many questions . I would definitely recommend staying here as long as you don’t mind a 15-20 min walk to the old town.

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Pier’s apartment! Well equipped kitchen and internet worked great. The views of old town and mountains from the balcony were just breathtaking. You can walk into old town Kotor, markets, etc (so don’t need a car). Property also has a pool which has nice views and was well maintained. Apartment was quiet at night time for a good nights sleep. Pier was very easy to communicate with and highly recommend for future guests. Would love to visit again.

Our holiday trip was awesome and the stay in Piers appartment was one of the best ever!! We are so happy that we stayed with Piers! The unbelievable view, the nice and relaxing pool (even with the amazing view). The appartement is top, near to Kotor, near to explore the surrounding!! We loved the balcony and view, as well as swimming in the bay. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and the surroundings were calm enough for a relaxing vacation. The pool is also nice and very clean. The walk to the old town (we didn‘t have a car) is about 25 minutes, but includes a steep hill and a part along a road with a lot of traffic and no sidewalk. Buying bakery, water and snacks is possible along the way after 10 minutes of walk. Buses to Zabljak, Podgorica. and other towns were very reliable, check at busticketforme homepage.

Really enjoyed the apartment and it's proximity to the sea (a 2 min walk), the old town of Kotor (a ca. 15-20 min walk) and it's stunning view of the Kotor bay from the balcony. Only little downside: WIFI was not available as the owner of the apartment recently changed. I guess that issue will be fixed soon though. All in all: highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pier’s apartment overlooking Kotor. The accommodation had everything one needed, including cooking facilities, swimming pool, roomy balcony and ample parking. We found it easy and cheap to travel round Montenegro with stunning scenery round every corner. We’d definitely visit again.

The view from Piers' balcony is absolutely stunning ( the best view was at night when the town was lit up ) and it was an effort for us to leave the apartment to go out and explore. It was preferable to sit on the balcony all day watching the boats come and go. But we did eventually get to Budva, which in comparison was very busy and commercialised. Tivat is a must place to visit plus a relaxing boat trip to Perast. We were very comfortable in the apartment and looked after ourselves as if we were at home but with the knowledge that Piers was at the end of a phone if we had any problems. We took a torch with us when venturing into Kotor at night time but didn't really need it until the last few yards before the entrance to the complex and could have used our mobiles to then light up the last few yards. The apartment is ideally situated with a leisurely 15 minute walk into Kotor for a meal out or visit to the walled town but there are plenty of shops for food and drink both in Muo and Kotor. We will return but fly into Tivat instead of Dubrovnik to avoid the two border crossings and hopefully next time we'll get out and about a bit more .............. or maybe not!

Immaculate apartment in a great location. Views from the balcony were stunning! Good sized swimming pool again with beautiful views. Kotor itself was charming, lovely atmosphere and lots of places to eat and drink. We did the Great Montenegro Tour with 360Monte which we would definitely recommend. Overall great stay in a lovely apartment and we would definitely like to return one day. Great communication from Piers, thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a lovely modern apartment in an absolutely stunning location. The view is, of course, the main attraction but the apartment has all the facilities needed, including modern kitchen, sunbeds, air con, and a very comfy bedroom. It is located within walking distance of the old town of Kotor, which is a fantastic place to spend the evenings. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment

A long overdue review! We loved our stay here. Great communication with Piers, the apartment was exactly as described but the photos really don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean, well maintained (although the hairdryer didn't work - not the end of the world and Piers kindly let me know he arranged a replacement just after our stay). We LOVED the balcony and sat there hours taking in the views and comings and goings of the many cruise ships. Great location and with a nice 20 minute walk around the bay (lit at night) along a fairly busy local road to the picturesque old town of Kotor and it's many restaurants (some good ones on the way too). Refreshing small pool which perhaps could have been cleaner, the walls looked a little grubby. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Use of a second pool up the hill but we found that busier and not as peaceful as the one nearer Piers' apartment. We took up Piers' offer of booking us a taxi from Tivat airport but it didn't show. We struggled to find an alternative taxi driver that spoke English and couldn't actually find a physical address for the apartment on the website or any communication. Got there eventually but paid more than we should have and ended up being dropped at the start of Muo and walked until we found a building that resembled that in the photo's!! Piers was most apologetic, again, not the end of the world. We'd definitely recommend Piers' apartment and have already done so to our family who are now looking at it for a stay next year.

Lovely apartment with everything you need and more. Views were just spectacular and we never tired of just looking out. Always something to watch. Very peaceful. Enjoyed swimming a few times in the fjord which was just lovely. Had a great speedboat trip to Marmula; swam in the blue cave (the water really is so blue); submarine base; Perast; and Lady of the Rock. The trip up the fortress in the old town was definitely worth it for the amazing views at the top. Was lovely being on the quiet side of the fjord and it was only a 20 minute flat walk into the old town. Might be worth having a torch for the walk along the first part in the dark as no pavement and narrow road for cars both ways. Local corner shop only 5 minutes away for essentials and cheap. Great variety of restaurants all round. Weather was much better than at first expected for sept /oct - don't look at long range forecast before you go if slightly out of season! All in all an excellent holiday in a lovely, comfortable apartment. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a few days as part of touring Croatia and Montenegro. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had issues with the air con unit but Piers sorted that as quickly as he could. The location was perfect, around a 15 minute walk to the centre and a supermarket, we used a car to explore surrounding areas also... and that view is just stunning!!! Highly recommended and Piers was brilliant from beginning to end. Thank you

we had a great time in Kotor, the apartment has everything you could need, and the view from the balcony is amazing. Kotor is a 15 mins (ish) walk from the apartment, beware the road for the first part of the journey has no pavements though, it's a bit hairy at first but you soon get used to it after a couple of days! Booking with Piers was so easy, he is very informative and even arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
