Liked the straightforward check in process and paying in advance by a credit card.We were issued with a tourist tax receipt straightaway, no dealings with the tourist office on our part.The landlord's sun Luka,a very kind young guy that speaks excellent English, met us at a specifically designated location and took us to the accommodation.There is an ample parking.Loved the balcony and the breathtaking view from it.The landlady is also very lovely lady and met us with freshly backed savoury muffins and cheese, yummy and subsequently on our request kindly provided us with the recipe.Despite of being small the studio is very functional and supplied with various amenities. Recommend it as a budget accommodation for a short stay.

It is a very tiny studio with basic furniture.Bathroom is also very small, but there is a washing machine which was much appreciated.The property is a bit of a walk to Kotor old town, and rather challenging as one need to navigate heavy traffic on the walking unfriendly road.The small road leading to the property is unpaved and dusty and the long driveway is very steep, not suitable for mobility challenged people.

Удаленность от магазинов и кафе, пешком полчаса, по жаре не очень комфортно, но, если вы на автомобиле, все отлично. Апартаменты небольшие, мне одной даже было не очень удобно, так как диван был разобран и больше свободного места нет, постоянно билась ногами об углы. Есть небольшой кухонный уголок, это замечательно, но вот чайника электрического не было, даже странно) на мою просьбу о чайнике принесли кувшин, который ставят на плиту). Если вы хотите тишины, как я, то ее здесь нет. Постоянно стрекочут цикады, так как они очень подвижны с жаркое время. Ну и соседи были по вечерам очень активны.
