Absolutely amazing and fantastic. I would definitely come again to stay again

One of the best location to stat in Kotor with a breathtaking view. Easy access spacious apartment with small kitchen, fridge, cooker, and kettle available. Also have a sofa bed so it can accommodate 3 people. Exactly as shown in photos. Self checkin, Good communication with property owner and he is very helpful. Bakery and restaurants 10 mins walk and to old town and 5 mins by car. Parking spot available given the tiny roads in Kotor.

Sometimes the traffic noise can be disturbing with cars passing onto loose main hole covers on the road.

The location is good with a sea view, 20-30 min walk can take you to Kotor center or Prcanj town

The view of the sea just in front of the apartment is amazing The staff was very helpful with everything whenever we needed something.

It is not about the property but the streets that doesn’t have pedestrian, but after 1-2 days you are getting used to it

Passable for the price in high season

- Nice sea access right infront of the house with the possibility to use terrace - Helpful host

- Photos of the property might be little bit misleading/ outdated as the property is quite tired/ worn out - Smell of mold, that lingers there even if you air it out - there are small and big ants so be aware of storaging your food and trash, best to take out the trash every night even if it’s not full, because it attracks the big ants - overall cleanliness level is lacking, especially in bathroom - as mentioned previously in reviews there is no sidewalk while walking to the accomadition and as this is two way street it is uncomfortable and can be dangerous. Be aware, especially if travelling with kids - only cash is accepted - overall would say that this is decent option for budget traveler, but if you want to enjoy your stay I would book more time in advance and you can score a better deal

Exceptional

The location is great. The sea is just a couple of steps away. We could enjoy an amazing view just by looking out of the window. Everything we needed was right there. We're incredibly thankful to Ivana and Ivan for taking care of us, helping us to see some of the best parts of Montenegro, and simply being so awesome:)

The fact that there's no pedestrian walkway to Kotor was hard to comprehend at first. It's not bad, it's not actually "a thing that we didn't like". It doesn't even have anything to do with the flat itself:) It just took us some time to get used to it. That's why I decided to write about it.

Superb and fascinating

Clean, tidy, well-kept villa and everything is organized, kitchen already equipped and see view is amazing and breathtaking. The flat owner is very helpful and friendly she guided us through the area very responsive to any inquiries that comes up. And Mr. Ivan toke care of the trips planning and toke us to many wonderful places. Definitely I’ll recommend this to my family and friends, And I would love to repeat this lovely trip and the memories of the blessed time will kept in my heart.

Overnattingsstedet er litt utenfor byen og har en fantastisk utsikt fra balkongen over havet og Kotor. Det er på et veldig rolig og behagelig område og passer for de som ikke vil bo midt i byen. Man kunne bade og sole seg rett over veien. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Hun var tilgjengelig til en hver tid og vi hadde god kommunikasjon gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi fant også alltid ledig parkering rett utenfor boligen.

Dobra lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na Zatokę. Komunikatywna Pani Gospodyni.

Apartament lata świetności ma dawno za sobą, na żywo wygląda gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Nie jest zbyt czysto, sporo pajęczyn i kurzu. Nieprzyjemna łazienka z zepsutym oświetleniem (nie dało się naprawić) i spłuczką.
