Stunning lake and mountain views, with a very comfortable mattress.

The shower had black mold all around.

Great

The view from the balcony was really nice. You get to see the sea line and old Kotor from a distance. They also have a docking point for boats and relaxation in front of the apartment. The host was also very very helpful during our stay. She suggested activities to do, helping to book and negotiate our boat tour, guidance on how to get public transport and neighbourhood supermarket. etc The apartment is about 20-30 mins walk (Depending on your walking pace) to the old town.

Very pleasant, well equipped apartment, in quiet beautiful area close to Kotor, with super views.

Biskupović was a super apartment. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our apartment had super views of the bay of Kotor and Kotor town. It is a beautiful area and quiet. It is only one minutes walk to the water front for swimming. Lovely balcony. It has excellent shutters and curtains to keep the light out if you wish. Great for sleeping. Very good air con in both living/kitchen area and bedroom. The host was very responsive, helpful and kind. Small shop 5 minute walk away, well stoked but only accepts cash. It said microwave on info but not one. We were only there for one night before flight so not a problem. Maybe one in some apartments or by request.

A very pleasant experience

The hostess Rada is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal with its own small swimming area in the bay. It is quiet, idyllic and family-friendly. There is a parking lot right next to the house (note: steep driveway)

Amazing view and kind hosts

Everything was great! The location, the size of the apartment, the fact that every apartment comes with a balcony that has a marvellous view of the bay, the cleanliness, everythig was so perfectly clean. There is parking on the property, clean linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen, tv, ac, wifi, everything you may need and more. The hosts were so kind and hospitable and our stay here was perfect. Would come back definitely!

The apartment was very nice, well-equipped and the view was amazing! We wish we could stay longer and we would definitely pick the same place if we arrived next time! Also the host was very helpful to answer any questions we had.

There was nothing we didn't like, we really enjoyed our first stay in Montenegro.

Everything was perfect. The place looks exactly like in the photos, the view from the balcony is wonderful, the host is the best we ever had. They were focused only on our comfort and helped us with everything we needed. They even came with us at the service when we had issues with our car. For sure we will come back here and we will recommend the place to all our friends.

A comfortable week's stay

-stunning view of the rugged, carstic Lovćen ridgeline from the balcony -drinks on the balcony -great size & layout of the apartment + full-size fridge -top floor position of apartment -double glazed windows & doors + curtains/shutters (heat and noise blockers) -off-street parking available -location is walking distance to old town (approx 30 mins in summer) and away from the cruise ship hustle & bustle -designated concrete swimming area directly across road from apartment (chairs & umbrella provided) -immediate response from owner via WhatsApp -quick, easy drive to Perast, Tivat, Budva, Sveti Stefan etc for those with a car

-cafes, supermarkets, restaurants are not 'handy' which may not be suitable for all whilst on holiday - have to get in car or walk at least 20mins. -traffic getting to and from apartment at certain times is diabolical - road is extremely narrow and summer traffic is heavy - we opted to walk during these times or attempted to use car at alternative times -no plug, tea towel or new sponge was provided for kitchen sink -no toaster or microwave -mattress was inner-sprung type & harder than we prefer - but this seems to be the norm across Croatia & Montenegro! -some confusion regarding key pick-up and payment - it would be good for this information to be clearly provided prior to check-in / check-out, especially for overseas travellers with data / wifi connection issues.

All accommodation is sea-facing. Beautiful views of Kotor, mountains and cruise ships. The town can be reached on foot in half an hour. Although there is no pavement, you need to be careful, some drivers are quite dangerous. The owner is very friendly and helpful, offers advice on request. There are sun loungers on the quay. We were satisfied with the accommodation, we would recommend it.

As it is at the end of the bay, the sea was unclean for a day or two.

The apartament is small, but there are plenty space for 3 people. Place was clean and well equipped, with a great view of Kotor, mountains and see from the balcony. The Old Town of Kotor is with the walking distance from the apartment. The host was very kind, helping us with whatever we needed.

There is only one thing to say about this house; perfect.. The location is great, the view is magnificent. When you see the view of Kotor in front of you, you will understand what I mean. If anyone is thinking of staying in this house. Don't think, book your place now. You will love it! And the host was very welcoming and kind. Thank you so much for helping us with everything.

well, it really needs more

Rada was polite, the view was spectacular, the price was really ok, although not possible to ask more for an accommodation like this.

everything very poor, the room also had a bad smell all over the place, I had the sense it was not totally cleaned, bugs inside the room, not enough toilet paper for 4 people, not enough blankets (Rada brought one more when we asked her), blankets, sheets pillows all these seemed to me like left overs from a family house, no bottle of water, no shampoo. for one night was ok regarding the price also but not for longer in my opinion unless you don’t mind with the above. I think it can be improved and be more organized.

The bad smell from the toilet probably from the floor siphons needs to be fixed urgently. You can't sit in the apartment if the toilet door is left open. It is good to have clean white towels in the bathroom.

The owner is super kind and helpful. Location is good. Basically next to the sea. They have a private "beach" with sunbeds, which is great, if you don't want to go on a public (possibly crowded) beach. The apartment is spacious, and clean, with an amazing sea and mountain view.

The host was very kind, providing us with information and helping us with whatever we needed. The apartament was very clean and well equipped. It has a very large balcony which is shared with the neighbouring apartament that has amazing views over the bay area.

PERFECT AND AMAZING

Everything was perfect. The apartments are new, clean, comfortable, fully equipped, excellent internet, more than 1000 TV channels. The Old Town of Kotor is close, you can walk and enjoy. In front of the apartment private beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is amazing. Peace and quiet. Only the sound of birds and the waves of the sea can be heard. But the biggest impression was left by the hostess Rada, who is a wonderful person, kind, wonderful, always helpful, positive, smiling, we had the feeling that we were with a member of our family. From now on we only come here.❤️

There is no thing we didn't like. Everything is completely perfect.👌

Muhteşem manzarası, denize yakınlığı harikaydı. Dairede ihtiyacımız olan her eşya mevcuttu. Kendine ait iskelesi var. Old towna yürüyerek 20 dakikada ulaşılıyor. Otoparkı mevcut. Yakınında market mevcut. Ayrıca ev sahibi çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Rent och fräscht lägenhet. Funkar bra för 1-2 nätter.

Läget till gamla staden, utsikterna mot Kotor bukten och närhet till stans bästa restaurangen (Mediterranean nights). Lägenheten känns rent och fräscht. Tacksam att fönsterna var ljudisolerade så det var väldigt tyst. I närheten finns även en liten livsmedelsbutik.

Svårt att hitta lägenheten. Google maps visade fel adress. Sängen var lite för mjukt för mig.
