Studio apartment is situated on the ground floor in a family house in Kotor - Muo. The house is isolated from the car traffic.
Newly build studio-apartment with full privacy which you make feel comfortable.
Apartment of 25 m2 consists of a bedroom/living room, kitchen (fully equipped) and bathroom with shower. The apartment can host up to 2 guests.
Apartment has terrace which is ideal for a peaceful rest surrounded by figs, oranges, pomegranates, olives trees … and greenery.
My guests have garden grill available to feel same as at home.
The house is isolated from the car traffic which make very calm life environment.
Muo is a little quite place about 20 minutes by walk away of picturesque Old Town of Kotor (famous Unesco World Heritage site with so many beauties). Kotor is heart of one of the most beautiful bays in the world!
The beach is 40 meters away from the apartments.
Apartment is 100 meters away of local bus station and small supermarket. There is authentic restaurant with national cuisine specialties 850 meters away.
Apartment is only about 20 min. by walk from Old Town, famous old St. Tryphon Cathedral, Maritime museum, post office, supermarkets, authentic local market, banks, restaurants, boutiques, shops, bars, pharmacies, hospital, marina. Tivat international airport is 9 km away, Porto Montenegro marina is 14 km away. Dubrovnik international airport is 75 km away.
It is available and I offer to my guests very favorable price to rent few bicycles and kayak for two adult persons plus one child.
Also, I offer free assistance for my guests for: - car rental, - motor bike rental, - boat tours with panoramic view of beautiful Bay of Kotor and visits famous historical sites, - rafting in the Tara river canyon (deepest canyon of Europe and second deepest canyon in the world after Colorado canyon), - visit Lovcen National Park, - visit Durmitor National Parks and more other interesting excursions.
