This beautifully appointed, new apartment is located in the village of Muo, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the World Heritage listed, medieval, walled town of Kotor with its variety of cafes, restaurants, museums and shops. The property has 2 balconies overlooking the bay, air conditioning, satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes plus an allocated space in the private car park. We were lucky enough to spend 10 days at this beautiful apartment. It's in a modern building, which is well maintained and comes with an allocated parking space. The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The apartment is very well equipped, so self-catering is easy, if that's your thing. The location is ideal, as you are out of the hustle and traffic noise of Kotor, yet it's only a 20 minute level stroll around the bay to get into Kotor old town. Possibly it's best asset is the spacious front balcony at the front, which offers stunning views across the bay to the old town, as well as down the bay, towards Perast, so we spent a great deal of time there in the evenings, watching the boats come and go. There is also a separate side balcony, which means you have somewhere to dry washing, without it cluttering up the main balcony. We did get to meet our hosts, as they followed us in, after we had moved on to Perast. They are lovely people, and the comms, from the moment we booked to when we left were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, as it really did tick all our boxes (including value-for-money), hence the 5* review.

We enjoyed the spectacular day and night views from this well appointed apartment. We found communicating with Annie easy both prior to and during our stay and we appreciated her prompt replies to our queries. We did find the mattress quite hard but the apartment was very comfortable in all other aspects.

Beautifully appointed apartment with incredible views. Annie was so helpful, lots of communication and information about where to go and how to get around. Kotor is about a 15/20 minute mostly flat walk and we appreciated being able to walk there but stay outside the busy centre with a parking space and great swimming pool. We had a lovely stay in Muo, Kotor. The apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable, and the terrace was fantastic. The views across the bay were fabulous, especially at night when it was all lit up. It was a short walk to the local bakery with delicious bread and cakes, and also takeaway pizza. And about a 30 minute walk into the town. It is an easy flat walk around the bay to the town, but the short road up the up to the apartment is quite steep, so may be a challenge to those with mobility issues. I would really recommend staying here and will happily return!

This was a surprise holiday for my Hubbys 60th. After booking Annie was so quick to respond to my emails and queries for information in the area suggestions for meals places to visit. The apartment has 2 great balconies with amazing jaw dropping views of Kotor, the old town & the whole beautiful bay. The pools a great size and we met lots of lovely people there. The bed is so comfy. The bathroom is modern & clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Its location is a short walk to the local bakery and the local well stocked small shops along the harbour. you could leave and turn left and walk the other way to a small supermarket and another village with pretty restaurants & lots of books and games. Theres the blue line bus that runs past the apartment to We had 5 days action packed! Boat trips / the cable car is an absolute must, just grab a cab / Paddle boarding with a guide / guided walking tour of the old town to learn the history. Do As little or as much as you want. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a great stay

Really nice apartment well located close to the edge of the Gulf of Kotor. Half an hour walk into Kotor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the gulf edge and there are lots of sunbathing\swimming places along the shaw within easy reach, but it is quite a steep slope back up.

Had a lovely week at Anne and Guys place. Very clean apartment equipped with everything you need, and a fantastic view from the balcony. Anne was also very quick to respond to all my question and made sure we had every information we needed. Pool area was great and very close to the sea were you can swim. Old town Kotor was about a 15-20 minute walk away, but the road could get quite busy during high season. Overall, I would recommend this apartment if you looking for a great place to stay in Kotor.

If you want the most sublime view of Kotor then you have to be a little way up a hill. This appartment is it. The view from the balcony is hard to walk away from. We couldn't find a restaurant in town with a setting anywhere like it. The appartment itself was fantastic for us 2 fifty somethings. The mattress is very good quality & the bedroom very quiet for a good nights sleep.I'm fussy on mattresses too. The shower pressure is also strong for a good start & end to the day. The kitchen is well equiped.We did breakfast every morning & a couple of dinners .Lots of kitchen stuff.Great fridge freezer. On arrival the appartment was beautifully clean. Plenty of folder info in the drawers on the flat & also if you are new to the area. Books,Games & DVD's if you fancy a night in. We walked into town in about 15/20 minutes each night. A swim in the sea is only a few mins walk away. Pool was also good to cool down in. Annie the host was & is exceptional. Nothing was any trouble.She has a mine of information on Kotor & beyond.We got some great tips/advice on our trip from Annie. We have travelled all over the world the in the last 3 decades. The appartment is fab. The view from it is in our top 2 of all time. 10/10 Thanks Annie

The Apartment is in a lovely, quiet spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying its stunning views over the bay to Kotor Old Town. The host was very helpful from start to finish with great communication, including helping with the transfer from Tivat Airport. The 20-minute walk into Kotor was easy to access all of the activities, with a brilliant bakery at the half way point.

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the view was amazing! It was a good walk into town but it was not difficult. It was easily accomplished in under 15 minutes. We had a car and designated parking was a great help as we did a lot of exploring to adjacent areas. If you walk into town try the BBQ place by the bus stop. Huge portions with great prices and very good

Exceptional communication with Annie (owner) over the past 2 years. We had had to rearrange twice due to covid , but this seemed no problem with Annie who totally understood. Well equipped apartment , with everything you need, with quality household items. Amazing view. Loved our stay in Muo, fab views from the balcony mountains, sea, cruise ships and starry nights. Apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Amenities within walking distance and some great places to eat. Highly recommend Marendas steak restaurant. Fantastic bay to walk around through Dobrota and beyond. Don’t miss out on the speed boat ride to the blue cave, we were fortunate to see a dolphin pod and a marlin leaping en route, great day. Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet appartment in good location. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. To go further affield we relied on the local buses that passed at the bottom of the hill which you just flagged down which was brilliant. The view from the balcony is beautiful as is Kotor old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Annie our host was so helpful with all the information she provided and was so organised that it relieved any anxieties.

The overall location was ideal for us - great views and close enough to walk to Kotor, but far enough away from the tourist crowds. We didn't have a car, but taxis are inexpensive and the walk into town is fine during the day - we wouldn't attempt it after dark as there are no sidewalks for part of the journey. The apartment is of a good size and well equipped for preparing meals on-site. All appliances worked well, including the wifi. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and offer recommendations on things to see and do.

Annie was the perfect host giving us lots of information before our stay. The apartment has everything you could wish for and the view is amazing! A leisurely walk takes you into the old town of Kotor, but beware there aren’t any pavements in some spots. You pass a brilliant bakery and the Idea supermarket has all the basics you would need for self catering. Very reasonably priced wine and beer! The old town in Kotor can get busy but Muo Vista is a tranquil oasis to retreat after a busy day, or just stay there and watch the world go by.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had the newest of appliances and facilities. We spent many a morning and evening relaxing on the balcony and had spectacular views of the firework festivals and ships. The pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed this facility in the 36 degree heat, if you don't like swimming in the sea! The position of the apartment meant that we could walk to the old town within twenty minutes and visit the local restaurant and bars with ease. We ate and drank well and everything was good value for money. The boutique shops were excellent if you like browsing. We would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay. Annie was very helpful and everyone staying in that particular complex were kind, helpful and respectful. The days out we chose to do were also exciting (with some hairy bus rides!) Don't expect wild, raucous nightlife - this was a romantic, quiet, relaxing break, perfectly suited to our needs. We definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.
