Great stay here.

We had a great stay at thus apartment. It was situated on the back side of the place with a view of the garden and mountains. Less than a minute to walk to sea front. It was peaceful and cool apartment, the host is a lovely lady, very welcoming and friendly. Good communication.

The oven wasn't working, but able to use stove top. Taxi's were a bit difficult if you need early morning pick up (7am). It's a decent 2km walk into town, can be narrow in places along water front.

Was close to Kotor old town ( ~20’ walk). Even the road was narrow, the host offered parking place .

Not a negative point , but the bathroom was small. For me , which I’m a small person , was ok, but my husband struggled a bit with the toilet :)))

Relaxing with a view

Great location if you want to relax and enjoy the sun and sea, away from the noise and confusion of the city, but still close enough to walk there. Since we had a rental car it was perfect, especially because we had a parking space. The apartment is modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. The private “beach” platform was perfect for getting some sun. The host was very friendly and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some tips, really made us feel at home.

The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, especially the shower. The bathroom is modern and clean, but the toilet space is very cramped, and the shower is very nice but the space it too small and doesn’t have a door, it’s practically impossible not to wet everything. But I’m 1.9m so your experience may be different

We liked that we could use the bbq and that the gentleman who lived in the back not only helped us, but shared things from his garden.

We booked this place specifically because of the umbrella/lounge chairs. Needless to say, to get there and not have access to either was hugely disappointing. It was incredibly hot and we had to travel elsewhere and PAY more to use the items that were supposed to be included with our room. I understand there may have been bureaucratic problems with these items, but then we should have been told--and frankly, this is not for us to worry about--yet we were told almost every day about it and that a chair would come soon--and it never did. Other places all around us had both chairs and umbrellas, so we have no idea why this specific place could not have the same. Traveling to and from the other side of the bay was a pain (far away, walking is dangerous, very few taxis would actually make this trip due to the congestion and traffic on the small road) and we would not have stayed in this location had we known we'd be doing that so frequently. Likewise, there was no AC in the bedroom which meant the door had to be open -- thusnot at all private for three friends staying together. The rooms are dark as well.

What a lovely place!

Armen was really nice and helpful. The private spot for swimming is just in front of the house and there is also a shop and a bus stop close to the apartment (but it was better to take a taxi to the old town or go for a longer walk). The apartment itself is lovely and it has everything; we were sorry to leave.

Don’t forget to call them in advance, we could not find the entrance.

Would do it again tomorrow

Brilliant accommodation and a brilliant host. Armen was there if needed but left us alone to get on with our holiday the rest of the time. Thanks again for helping us out on the night of our arrival! Bit far from town but bus regular enough and at a very affordable cost. Highly recommended (and it wasn't even in season when we where there!) The little store a few doors up was brilliant for all our need. Try the north Macedonian wine!

Lovely Apartment with lovely owner in Lovely Kotor

Lovely and cosy apartment in calm area where you can reach Old Town 20-25 mins by walking and a great view of Kotor will join you in the meantime! If not, you can take a taxi for 2-3 Eur. We are really happy to meet Seda and his son. They were super helpful and hospitable to us during our stay. Seda called a taxi for us several times. Also we got quick answers whenever we asked a question (taxi, PCR etc.) via Whatsapp or Booking. There is a private place in front of the apartment (as same as the photos) where you can sunbath and enter the water directly. No need to even mention amazing view especially at nights! Seda, the owner, is a lovely and gentle lady, we really enjoyed her company and our chit-chat moments. Besides, we have a bonus point : when we missed our bus to go to Dubrovnik from Kotor and suddenly we were in need to stay another night in Kotor. She found a room for us with a reasonable price (in her friend's apartment just next to hers) as soon as we sent a message to her. So special thanks for this big help, she gained our hearts one more time :) We will always remember Piano Apartments with nice memories, thank you for all!!

Excelent accomodation, nearby food delivery (delicious), only few steps to the beach, sunbeds included. Half an hour walk to the Kotor old town, few minutes by local bus. Calm and quiet, very relaxing, although short holiday. Hoping for the longer stay next year.

The apartment is really well equip, beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The surrounding is really impressiv. The walk to kotor city takes us 20 min. The roud is unfurtunately narrow and a bit dangerous to walk.

As there had been difficulties with the booking, our hostess made extra arrangements to accommodate us- she was very gracious. Access to the sea was perfect.

Merci à Seda

L'accueil de Seda est exceptionnel. Attentive elle se montre disponible à tout moment et veut que tout soit parfait pour ses hôtes. De plus elle est de très bon conseil. Grace à elle nous avons visité blue cave, Perast, les îles,... en privé sur un bateau avec un capitaine amoureux de son pays et de son histoire qui en presque 4 heures nous en a beaucoup appris sur l'histoire du Monténégro et de la baie de Kotor, le tout à un prix très raisonnable, d'autant plus qu'il est venu nous chercher et nous a ramené à la plage privée, ce qui ne nous a pas obligé d'aller à Kotor. La plage privée de l'autre côté de la route (faire très attention en traversant) est une terrasse bétonnée comme il y en a beaucoup et est un plus indéniable en forte chaleur. L'appartement est confortable et extrêmement propre, aménagé avec goût.

Il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié. Juste un conseil aux utilisateurs de booking. Les photos montrent plusieurs appartements et nous n'y avons pas prêté attention. Celui que nous avons réservé, impeccable et confortable n'a pas de terrasse qui permette de manger dessus. C'est plutôt un grand balcon sur lequel sont disposés une table basse et deux petits sièges. Idéal pour prendre le café et l'apéritif mais pas déjeuner ou dîner. Mais c'est vraiment anecdotique et du détail.
