A perfect place

It's a wonderful place. It's close to the beach and it's not on the main road. So, it's quiet and safe. There is everything you need for a comfortable staying for a week or more. The furniture is new. There's a big free parking and a nice swimming pool on the roof with a spectacular view. The staff is friendly and helpful

Fantastic gem of a place with incredible views and a pool

This place was exceptional. We had a three bedroom apartment which had two balconies on either side of the apartment and the mountain views from each were incredible. - The apartments were spotless, includes a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen,and the service provided with clean towels, additional toilet paper and trash removal everyday was smooth and highly appreciated. Communication with the personnel was excellent- fast response! - The playground and the pool were also fantastic for our kids. The pool is small but enough for our needs with a shallow end for our smaller kids and a deep side for adults. - Location wise it is quieter than other parts of Montenegro, but the beach is a short 7 mins walk away with an incredible beach bar with a small playground.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Great Location

Everything was great! The staff were polite, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. It is in a quiet location with big private parking. The place is pet friendly and has its own garden, which we really appreciated. The internet was excellent – fast and reliable, which was important for us. Highly recommended.

It was very clean. Very comfortable. Well equipped for a short or even a bit longer stay - laundry machine, dish washer, microwave. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice staff, towels changed daily. Location is nice if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet, and you have a car to move around and explore the bay. A small but nice beach nearby (much colder compared to beaches in Herceg Novi and Budva), a supermarket and a nice restaurant. I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Great spot for Kotor bay holidays!!!

Spotless apartment complex. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels…etc. Swimming pool is small, but kids enjoyed it. It is close to the public beach, which is not crowded. Our neighbors were loud at night, but once we reported it to the reception, the next time they were silent :)

Cleaning ladies left our room open with keys in the door. Nothing was stolen, but I was a bit nervous about that. Anyone could enter our room during the day.

Very central and great for families. Great restaurants and sites within a short drive.

Location was central to exploring Montenegro. Not very busy in peak summer which was nice. local restaurants were great. mini supermarket was handy and a quick walk away. Apartment had easy and lots of parking and was well equipped. The pool was a great relief from the hot weather in summer. We appreciated the fresh towels every day.

A little more utensils to cook with but not a major problem.

Awesome stay, close to the one of the most beautiful Kotor Bay beaches.

Very nice location - 2mins to the Morinj beach and a few restaurants and shops, but also quiet and not overcrowded. Apartments - spacy, clean, well equipped. Huge partking, some attractions like kids place and pool - very good for family vacation. Have spent there a week and enjoyed.

Every morning - the room service arrives and it was realy waking us up a few times, not super great, when you are trying to run away from the noise. The pool may be bigger. The whole complex is built around the parking, which is not the best central point - a natural park or garden in the centel would be much better. And why don't you have a restaurant or at least a bar at the place?

Comfort family base

The building is nestled in forest, near to the sea, and picturesque Boka town - Morinj. It's natural and quiet, surrounded by hills. From one window we had a view of beautiful church. There is a market near, 5 minutes by walk, and it's pure Mediterranean vibe.

Hard to tell, maybe there are few spring nearby, and the sea is from time to time a bit of cold, but for us it was natural water circulation massage.

we spent a week at the end of june, the apartman was not full with guests. So we could use the not too big swimming pool as a private one. the apartman was at the second floor (no lift), comfortable rooms, nice terraces, good kitchen. the staff was very kind, polite and helpful. We enjoyed staying in the Boka Kotorska. Hvala puno.

An excellent place to get away and relax. The host - Eva was amazing, truly a super-host!

We loved everything about the property! Eva (the host) was excellent and she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a memorable experience. She was very prompt at answering any of my questions and she helped with everything that we needed help with. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to the main attractions, but also looking for some peace and quiet to relax.

Superb

Very nice and modern apartment within a short walking distance to the beach in Morinj, to the shop or to the beach bars. We had all we needed at the apartment and we also had a lot of space. Air-conditioning located in each bedroom was a huge plus. WiFi was good and stable, I could easily facetime when I needed. People at the reception were very friendly. Room service was a plus too.

If your bedroom's windows are facing the parking, it can get a bit loud at times but only when people who are driving in / out are a bit too excited about their day ;) Usually it's just a short passing moment so it didn't affect our stay.

Pleasant stay

Very nice place for a family stay. Air condition unit in both rooms, kitchen big enough for quick lunch/dinner preparation. Nice swimming pool with great view. Towels changing everyday. Good location- 5 minutes walk to beach and shop. Peace and quiet, very green area.

Could be some more kitchen facilities and broom.
