Boka Gardens feedback

Honeymoon destination for me and my husband, we were lovely & relaxed here. The staff at the reception are great they were super friendly and helpful/ happily answered any questions we had. The room was comfortable and clean with breathtaking views, the kitchen we had was small though had 2 hob a microwave and kettle and all the utensils you need to cook small meals. There are three lovely restaurants that we went to that are near by. Two of which we walked to both within a 10-15 minute walk. The road at the apartments is narrow so important to keep your light on your phone on so your visible and wear sensible shoes as not a clear path. Both were well worth the walk though. A car would be best used at this location though important to reverse into your spot as tricky to get out of the cars go past quite fast. There is a bus stop that is about a ten minute walk from the apartment that has a bus shelter so you won't miss it. It's to the left of the apartments on the opposite side of the road. It takes you to near by villages and the centre of Kotor, takes about 45 mins to get to kotor was €2.50 each way. The lady at reception kindly provide us with a time table. She also helped us organise a boat trip for us which picked us up right at the apartments at the bay where beach bar is, by a white lamp. There's a couple of boat trips a day that take you to the Lady of the rock Island that you can see from the apartments and the blue cave which was great; 2 ½ hours €40 pp option to swim in the blue cave 💙 which was wonderful times for the trip are at 12 and 2pm. There is a massisue that works at the apartments, the massage was unreal, I really enjoyed it 5* I would highly recommend it!! 👌 It cost €40 & was worth every penny. It was the views, privicey, and lovely fairy tale like settings, plants, and nature that drew me towards Boka Gardens, its a nice relaxing laid-back place to unwind.

Towels get changed every three days, which is ok. The rooms get cleaned weekly. Mop etc in the apartment if you want to clean yourself. Would have liked the room cleaned at least once during our stay for the price and would have most definitely appreciated more condiments in the kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and peper. These small things make a huge difference. Also a couple extra of bin bags in the drawers would have been greatly appreciated. An airfryer instead of a microwave would have been much more favourable as there was no oven in our apartment. Which was slightly disappointing for the price of the apparentment. Also, the Italian restaurant that was attached was closed which was unfortunate.

Although they said toiletries was listed on their amenities list. We were provided with hand wash which was empty and not refilled and the same for gas cylinder as it was emptied after hours service not available. Steep price for kayaking and long tennis £20 euros each activity per person for an hour.

Great view, quite place for chill

One of the most spectacular views in my life. Very cozy, clean and new furnished apartment. Kitchen equipped by toaster, kettle and two coffee makers. Also we had a lot of kitchenware and washing machine. The staff changed towels once a week and brought for us child bed.

Don't wait too much from the beach, it is tiny stripe of pebbles 5x20 metres, many of sunbeds are broken, nobody cleans the litter and dog shit in the corner. But water is cristal clean and you can rent the sup near by.

We were so disappointed in this property, that we did not stay. We went to better a better property

There was no breakfast. Unbeknownst to us, they closed the restaurant for the season before we arrived.

The photos posted online are VERY misleading. The room was nothing like advertised. Very small and very basic furnishings. The patio area was just a little grass and dirt with small plastic chairs. So disappointing that we immediately returned the keys and found a better property to stay.

Nice Family Holiday with Stunning Views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The panorama is beautiful and can be seen both from the swimming pool and the rooms, making everything feel very comfortable and relaxing. The beach is very close, and although it has artificial mosaic sand, the water is perfectly clear. The swimming pool also offers an amazing panoramic view, which was a real highlight. We also appreciated the family-run Italian restaurant nearby – great dinner, very good quality, and fair prices. Another nice touch was the mini golf car that helped us with our baggage. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. It has a private beach and there is a mini market. The reception was helpful, when I asked something on Whatsapp they answered quickly. There were sim cards for 500 gb Internet connection. (Telecom)

What I didn’t like was that the towels were only changed every three days, and there were not enough sunbed umbrellas for everyone. The bakery was a little far, and the lift near the pool was a bit noisy and scary. Also, the single beds creaked a lot, which made them less comfortable. The booking description contains fishing activities, but it was not possible to book.

Panoramic views of Boka Bay in a 5 star apartment

Wonderful place to spend a week in Montenegro with the family. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a beautiful panoramic view of Boka Bay. We had access to the private beach which had sun beds, paddle boards and kayaks, also our lads also enjoyed tennis and basketball in the complex.

The only downside was that getting to and from the apartment was a very long and steep climb to the top. It would not be suitable for anyone with knee or ankle problems. But apart from that, top marks. We loved our stay there and the staff members could not have been nicer and more accommodating.

Great location and excellent apartment. The staff were exceptional and went the extra mile to be helpful.

Given that there was nowhere really to eat on site except for the one (excellent) Italian restaurant, the kitchen could have benefited from a couple more items to aid self catering such as a bread knife, cafetière for coffee. Otherwise the apartment was excellent. The air con worked brilliantly, the wifi was really good and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

A truly relaxing holiday in our own slice of paradise!

Having our own house with plenty of towels, fully functioning kitchen and the complimentary laundry pods made it such a relaxing and special holiday - truly felt like our own slice of paradise! The beach area with the bar and the loungers was exceptional, best view in all of Kotor bay and everything you need for an ideal day of swimming and tanning. All felt safe and clean with friendly hosts.

The pool was grimey and needed to be cleaned. We could have done with a towel refresh in the middle of our stay, but with our own laundry pods this was fine. The restaurant was truly poor - both food and service, although the view is stunning and it's still worth sitting up there for a drink.

The decoration of the small apartment was quirky and fun. It felt very cosy. The greenery around the apt was lovely.

Lovely stay at the Bay of Kotor

Excellent location, away for the hustle and bustle around the bay and Kotor specifically; but still very conveniently located to reach everything in good time. Miljan at the reception was wonderful and gave us some very insightful tips about the area. One definitely needs a car to get around as the resort is somewhat "remote" and not in the midst of a village/town. The restaurant and market on the resort close when not in season, so that is also important to keep in mind. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice location, but do not book without a car

Relaxing, nice pool, excellent view

Without a car, it felt very isolated. No possibilities to shop for water or basic food without taking a taxi to the next town. There are no sidewalks so you need to walk to nearby restaurants sharing the road with cars going at 70-80km an hour. Do not book without a car!

No side walk. We couldn't find swimming pool, no one was on reception to help us. On the beach old and broken sunbeds. and old and dirty umbrellas. Bad restaurant, over price. They bring us 2 the same meals on one plate ???? + try to overcharge us.

Nice resort, located on the Kotor Bay Road. Apartments have a breathtaking view on the mountains and the sea and the little private beach is 2 minutes away, just cross the street. reception staff was very kind, helpful and always available !

Apartments were clean when we arrived but they don’t have room service daily. Only towels get changed every 3 days. Owner/manager was rude to us as she was interrogating about our accommodation and right to be on the beach, use of beach towels etc.

The place is magnificent! The view is priceless and the beach is super clean and peaceful! You can buy fruit, veggies and fresh seafood the local farmers market. We loved this place so much! We stayed at "Panorama" apartment. They welcome you with local wine and staff is super friendly. Just go there, you will NOT regret it!

I wish the pool was cleaner and that they had open bar at the pool or beach. They should also change sheets/towels more frequently. They actually didn't change ours for the time we were there but we didn't care as we stayed for just 4 nights and everything else was worth it.

Fantastic resort, very friendly and helpful staff. Luxury villa with private swimming pool and modern furniture. Same time very quite and private, own beach with amazing view on mountains and small islands. Very close to Tivat (20 minutes), but same time not crowded and very relaxing. It was just perfect vacation after stressful covid year. We would definitely recommend to our friends and sure to come back in future
