Overpriced

The location was good, the room itself was nice and clean.

The address on Booking.com (Blaza Jovanovica 1) is incorrect. The actual location was 800 meters away and very hard to find. There was no signage since Porto Montenegro Residences is not a hotel, but a bunch of managed apartments in different buildings within the area. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all due to a missed payment, which I find ridiculous considering the price 200€ per night, and nobody was able to resolve the issue. There was no cleaning service. Many small essential things (like hangers, shoehorn or tea/coffee) were missing. A deposit of 200€ was taken, which wasn't clearly advertised during the booking.

Overall, disappointed with our stay and do not feel that it was good value for money.

The Elena is a beautifully appointed apartment with more than enough storage. Extremely comfortable bed along with two pillows each. The good sized bathroom provided shower gel, conditioner and four towels. The apartment is set within a complex providing lift access to all floors, there is a good size communal swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment is in a fantastic location within the fabulous Porto Montenegro yachting complex and easily walkable to restaurants and a brand new supermarket

The crockery and cutlery is Villeroy & Boch, however only two large plates provided plus two smaller plates and no bowls, only two large mugs but plenty of wine glasses! We had therefore had no bowls to eat our breakfast cereal! Lack of a lounge/sitting area meant the only place to sit was on the bed (it was not mentioned on the listing that there was no lounge!) Kitchen had a breakfast bar and two stools but not suitable for a relaxing sit down in the evenings There is 24 hour reception and we were shown to our apartment by a very helpful lady. She helped out again the next day by ringing one of the other hotels for us to use their beach club, however she brought the conversation to an abrupt end by dismissing us by saying "you may leave now" whilst we were trying to tell her that the air conditioning was not working, which we thought was very rude - from that point onwards she was not at all friendly to us. It was not a language issue as she spoke very good English. By contrast the lady on reception who we dealt with on our last day (18th Sept) was at all times very helpful, friendly and polite The lady who we dealt with at "check in" told me that she would not take payment for the Euro 200 deposit (that was never mentioned when I booked the property) but that this would be held in the background. Yet at the "check out the other lady told us it could take up to 30 days for me to get the Euro 200 deposit paid back! They did take the money from me at the check in after all ! This 20 day delay is not acceptable and I will be writing direct to the property to make a formal complaint. Overall, disappointed with our stay and do not feel that it was good value for money and now I have to wait 20 days to get the deposit back !!

Overpriced for the quality of service in spite of the quality of the apartment.

The apartment was very nice. Brand new and clean. The staff tried to be helpful but lacked the English/experience to appropriately address the situation.

The property is running multiple different blocks within an area. The photos show many different pools, apartments, fitness centres etc. The pool at our complex was not that shown, we could never learn where the fitness centre or reception was and we spent over £50 in roaming charges calling reception with our myriad of problems - from the washing machine having no water, to the parking building card not releasing us from the parking building.

Fabulous holiday in an upmarket apartment.

The quality of the furnishings in the apartment was exceptional. It was stylishly decorated with comfortable bed and sofas. The location was excellent, in the heart of the marina, with a good range of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We were also very impressed with the reception staff, Tatiana and Sanya were exceptionally helpful.

Curtains were very light so the sunlight beamed in from 5am. We stayed for 10 days and no cleaning services were included - they were extras which was disappointing for Regent Residences

First of all, I would like to mention a really excellent, incomparable and attentive service. It all started before the arrival, after talking with the employee named Milos, I immediately got confidence that we would resolve all the existing issues on the spot. In reality, the team exceeded my expectations. And the apartments are really a premium class : new, with a thoughtful layout and details, fully equipped with everything you need at a highest level.

I had apartment in Ksenja residence 312, which was quite noisy in the morning but the apartment is very nice and the pool on the top is amazing!

There is no breakfast service and this is not acceptable for a 5 star resort like this one. We went at Regent and they give us a breakfast for 66€ per couple without any discount!! Service and staff not speaking good english

Nice enough but poor value for money

Good facilities such as TV with Netflix, fridge, sofa. Nice complimentary toiletries and chocolates. Reception staff were friendly.

Where to check in was not clear so we had to ask around the marina and ask marina staff to find out / call other people to find out. The apartment seemed to be more like someone's house rather than hotel like. There were beach towels from Hvar, Croatia provided, an odd photo on thev wall and bedding/cushions that aren't very hotel like (more fitting to someone's personal bedroom/apartment). The bedding and pillows were not very luxurious. Considering we paid similar money per night to a 5* hotel in Dubrovnik is was not the quality/luxury I'd expect. The Porto Montenegro yacht club pool is on the website but it is not clear when booking that this is not included to guests (additional charge of 30 euros per person which is fine but not clear enough on booking.com).
