Stone House Perast

Labai patiko si vila, patogioje vietoje Perast, vos keliais zingsniais atokiau nuo restoranu ir kaviniu. Seimininkas Maxim buvo ypatingai paslaugus ir demesingas, labai greitai atsakydavo i zinutes ar skambucius, kai mums kilo klausimu. Perfect location in a delightful old fishing village. Comfortable and spacious , clean apartment overlooking the water. Very excited to have our own private viewing platform of ships and water activities. Certainly did not want to leave this very special little paradise. Thank you to our lovely host who was exceptionally helpful. We would highly recommend this property for its value and old world charm.

We just loved having dinner on the pier, just next to the sea. We had breakfast just outside of the house. Great air conditioning, house super equipped, we could jump into the water from the pier. It was our best experience in Montenegro. We rented kayaks just next door. Many nice restaurants close to the house, as well as a mini market.

We had to negotiate everyday with the guy at the entrance of Perast so that he would let us drive to the house. There were often other people using the pier.

Location is the big plus for this house. You will either love it or hate it. Ivan is the kind of host you always want to meet; kind helpful and friendly. Thanks for the stay

Both bathrooms are difficult to use and if you are listening Ivan there are a few general maintenance issues you would be advised to attend to: Electrical sockets loose etc. There is no Microwave oven and is really a must have item in self catering accommodation. Air conditioner is situated on the landing to serve two bedrooms but if you want to close the door then you can't have air conditioning. Parking is a problem and you have to park outside the town and walk in.
