Overall, very well equipped apartment, up to our expectations. AC, comfortable large beds, nice backyard terrace. The view to the lake is more than impressive. It takes no time to just go out and swim - which we did every morning as soon as we wake up. The water was crystal clean and very calm - almost no waves. There're several pretty good restaurants in a walking (200 m) distance,
Parking our car near the building wasn't always easy as there's no designated parking slot for the apartment. I think all the slots around are public, but some of them even if available are often "blocked" by other folks using bottles or other objects. We could probably remove those and park anyway, but didn't want to create a conflict situation.

Air conditioning was well received. Comfortable and spacious. All perfect. Right next to the water. Friendly neighbours.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. It was great to be able to use the dock just across the road to sunbathe and swim off.

That it felt authentic since we can share time with the local neighbours. The house is on a third floor with an incredible view of Kotor Bay. You have a little beach and you can swim on it. So every morning we will have a swim to start the day. Much better to be in this side since I front is very touristy. You can go an visit during the day.
