Very bad, could not stay here had to find an alternative hotel.

NOTHING, mold covered bathrooms , kitchen is battered the handles were broken some had even fallen off. Not a place you could make food in. Apartment isn’t as big as it looks in photos and the beds are hard. One of tbe bathrooms had bugs crawling around and the apartment was not cleaned to a high standard.

We had 10 of us and there was not enough room at all for us all. Room key situation was also weird. Host was rude and refused to give us a refund for his disgusting property.

Poorly cleaned condition throughout facility!

Location was good

Cleanliness was horrible. They had wet towels folded for use. Ants on kitchen counters. Handles were falling off in bathrooms. Tub didn't heat up.

Property is nothing like the pictures, apartment is not spacious and doesn’t give penthouse vibes at all. We were a family of 9 and we could not stay here. We had to find a new place 1 hour after checking into this. Luckily we was able to however, it was very inconvenient for us. The kitchen is knackered and the bathrooms are full of mold. Host refused us to give us a refund even though we did not stay here so we had to go through our credit card company . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All the hotel spa facilities were also closed and this was not communicated to us.

The apartment was comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The balcony view was stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay, highly recommended.

Run down kitchen needs renewal tv remotes didn't work. Sofa very dirty in living room And on the advert it says penthouse views with burj Khalifa in sight but you can't see from this apartment. So it's fake and misleading

Excellent stay

The apartment is based in centre of Dubai with 10 minutes walk to Burj khalifa and Dubai mall. The apartment is big with a private terrace and jacuzzi. There is also a pool, steam room and gym in the building which is good for a warming up workout. Overall, amazing experience.

Great option for big families or groups.

Great stay for a big family! We stayed at Downtown Views - The Penthouse with my big family, including kids, and it was the perfect spot. Finding a place with enough beds for everyone can be tricky, but this penthouse had everything—king beds, plenty of single beds, and even sofa beds, which made things super convenient. The kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi on the terrace and the private cinema room—it kept them entertained the whole time! The place itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a great location, right in Downtown Dubai. Big shoutout to Faisal, who was always there when we needed anything. Traveling with a big family isn’t always easy, but this stay made it feel effortless. Would definitely recommend!
