Bedroom is clean and comfy

On the menu says breakfast is from 7-11, we waited till 9 and no one showed up. No other activities but staying in bed.

Interesting experience need improving

The room itself, the views, bed is comfortable enough and it’s definitely an interesting experience

Impossible to get our breakfast on a birthday’s trip: we stayed extra hours and received 1 filtered coffee cup instead of ordered cappuccino for 2 people! Horrible communication. Impossible to know ahead proper check in time. No assistance with birthday preparations.. when we arrived other guests hanged clothes outside on the boat’s nose, and staff were praying making check in not very efficient… The boat cleanliness wasn’t great, we had placed huuuge bin right outside of our room’s window with “the views”, on the entrance and upstairs was messy, couldn’t use boat amenities like microwave even we told we would. Description says morning trip and breakfast: wasn’t anything provided.

Bedding was dirty, I booked to check in between 15H00 and 16H00, on the day of booking I was told I can only book in by 21H00 not acceptable.

Kicked out every morning!

I tried to cancel because you are kicked out every morning and are not allowed to return until after 10 PM. In the booking nothing of this is informed. Advertised as a mobile home. In the pictures the yacht. I stay in boathouses or yachts regularly. I was never ever kicked out. For obvious reasons. When you book at booking.com you expect what you read in the booking! It was very very dissapointing after a 8 hour flight, when I came to the harbour and they just said to me…No!! you can be on the boat from 22:00-10. What a disaster!! In the past 20 years of more than monthly booking at booking.com have I ever experienced such a tragic
