The hotel is lovely. Apartments are clean and well furnished. Food is very good and surrounding areas are very clean.
The property is listed as family friendly I wouldn’t agree with that.
Staff around the pool were rude, we were told we could use all pools however almost everyday one or more staff told us to move, daughter wasn’t allowed to swim. Reception staff and lifeguards have differing opinions in which areas are allowed by children. This is an adult themed hotel and after 2pm is not suitable for children to be there. The first day we arrived my children witnessed a fight break out between men. Quickly dealt with by staff but disappointing start.
