The communication with the Eden team was Superb, the property was in a great location, clean and comfortable. Any request I made was answered swiftly and I could not fault the property or Eden team.

The location was good

It was the worst experience ever. Went to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family and we were put in totally separate blocks, dishwasher not working, bath and sink flooding for 2 days with no help and very rude maintenance person who refused to clean all the water leak. No towels as we used them to clean the water leak and could not contact anyone to replace. No ac in 45 degrees in my bedroom for the full period as the door for the balcony could not close and this was linked. Bugs in the kitchen. One toilet not working. And to top this all up, when I complained they refused it all and not looking to compensate anything even though I have all the videos and WhatsApp messages to prove everything. Also had to keep chasing the refund of my deposit. They said 3 weeks but did not get the money till I kept chasing. I would definitely not choose this place if you are looking for a comfortable stay with any good level of customer service.

Perfect Family Getaway

The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a family stay. The overall vibe was modern, luxurious, and family-friendly at the same time. We felt completely at ease and enjoyed our time thoroughly. The separate powder room made it much more convenient. Would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Dubai with family!

Daily cleaning should be part of package, may be they should increase cost but include in the same.

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Eden’s Home Accommodation in Five Hotel, Dubai I would like to share my extremely negative experience with accommodation booked via Eden’s Home at the Five Hotel in Dubai. Although this property is advertised as a luxurious, highly rated hotel, the reality was far from the promised standard. Before my arrival, I clearly communicated that my only specific request was a sunny terrace, as I have medical reasons preventing me from visiting a public beach. Despite this, I was assigned a unit that receives no sunlight at any point during the day. Additionally, my requests for early check-in and late check-out were both denied. The apartment itself was outdated, neglected, and unhygienic. The most serious issues included: A broken washing machine and dryer (confirmed by a technician), A non-functional phone to the reception (raising safety concerns), A dangerously cheap electric kettle that burned me during use, A non-working oven that emitted smoke when turned on, A mattress stained with urine and a strong smell of urine behind the bed, Dirty furniture and an overall unclean interior. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with Eden’s Home, I was offered no compensation, no alternative accommodation, and no willingness to acknowledge the problems. A technician entered the apartment and falsely claimed everything was functional, which I can refute with extensive photo and video evidence. Based on these unacceptable conditions, I submitted a formal complaint and requested a 50% refund of the total accommodation cost. As of today, the property owner has not responded to this matter and has provided no form of compensation. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly advise against booking through Eden’s Home at Five Hotel Dubai. If you expect luxury hotel standards, proceed with caution.

They are a scam company and they demand deposit that they dont return. Still to this day they didnt return the deposit to me despite the fact that everything was great when we left the room

Very enjoyable weekend stay in an amazing location in one of the worlds most mind-blowing cities.

The appartment is in an exceptional location in the Palm Jumeirah. Great restuarants and bars at your finger tips. Swim in the man made beach or one of 5 pools. Its a fantastic place to stay. If you want can self cater as well in the fully decked out kitchen. Large screen TV in each room and even a washing machine/dryer if needed.
