We had to significantly reduce our stay from 4 nights to 1 night due to a family emergency. Although our booking was non-refundable, the property owner/manager and booking.com were extremely understanding and facilitated a change in the booking to 1 night and refunded the balance of the remaining 3 nights. This was done extremely quickly. There was a slight delay in completing this change, however this delay in change was 100% due to my delay. In this emergency situation, the property owner/manager and booking.com did their utmost best to help me.
Everything was good.

When I booked on booking.com it included breakfast but the host informed us to visit the hotel where our cards would get us a discount but no breakfast in apartment.
The arrival and letting guests know what to do first hand.

Idealne położenie obiektu, blisko centrum handlowe,możliwość skorzystania z Beach Club.
Zabrakło informacji,że basen jest nieczynny z powodu remontu.

Newly renovated rooms
Maintenance in first 10 floor doesn’t provide access to pool and breakfast within facility. For breakfast you have to walk to another hotel and for pool yoga r to climb 4 floor through stairs which was very in convenient
