"We appreciated the property's amenities, but our stay was marred by several issues: 1. The check-in process was complicated due to the building's main entrance being located behind the Dukes Hotel, requiring guests to pass through it. 2. We found the penalty and access policies to be excessive, particularly the charge of 580 AED for losing one access card, despite being provided with three cards upon check-in. 3. The safety deposit amount was substantial, exceeding 50% of the original rent. 4. The TV was outdated and did not support new applications. 5. Ongoing maintenance work in the building was not communicated to us in advance by the owner. 6. When requesting a late check-out until 4 pm, we were quoted an additional fee of 375 AED for the four-hour extension. 7. Cleaning fees of 100 $ will be applied to your stay if requested We hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the property's services and guest experience.

Oceana Residences - apartment no hotel services

Location was handy, could walk to Nakheel Mall. The whole building felt safe, rooms and living area large and spacious. Water pressure good and most of the apartment was very clean. Access to The Duke hotel pool and beach area. The view is spectacular!

This is like an airbnb, with shared pool and beach with another hotel. The key lock is located at the door to the apartment on the 9th floor, but on arrival, we had no way of getting into the actual building. It was 2am, and we ran around trying to find a security guard in the car park to let us in. It was also not clear in the booking that this apartment is completely UNserviced. So NO cleaning or housekeeping was done for the 5 nights of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper, body wash, and soap pretty much the first night. Not the things you want to deal with on your holiday. The laundry area is dirty, and the kitchen has a terrible smell under the sink. Renovations on our floor during our stay, which is never ideal, and the inroom safe was small and double-sided, taped down to a cupboard so not secure at all.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht und herausragendem Service

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat einfach alles gepasst. Natürlich kann man fast überall Kleinigkeiten finden oder Verbesserungsvorschläge machen, aber hier war das absolut nicht der Fall – hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft: der Blick auf das Wasser und die Yachten ist einmalig und sorgt sofort für Urlaubsgefühl. Die Wohnung selbst ist hochwertig, liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet – modern, positiv und nicht überladen. Alles, was man benötigt, war vorhanden, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde immer sofort geantwortet, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit und egal um was es ging. Ein Erlebnis ist mir dabei besonders in Erinnerung geblieben: Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir leider kein Bargeld, und beim Taxi funktionierte das Kartengerät nicht. Ohne zu zögern wurde für uns bezahlt, und wir konnten den Betrag ganz unkompliziert beim Check-out zurückgeben. Wo erlebt man heute noch einen solchen Service? Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, und wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu erwähnen. Wenn man überhaupt etwas nennen möchte, dann höchstens, dass man am liebsten länger geblieben wäre. Ansonsten war alles rundum perfekt. Ja evtl das eine Steckdose nicht ging aber mehr auch nicht

Endroit magique qui gagnerait à être un tout petit peu rafraîchi

La vue, le confort de la literie, la hauteur des plafonds la lumière dans l’appartement, le bureau pour y travailler, la plage, les restaurants et la piscine, la proximité du Golden l’île et Nakheel Mall (on peut tout faire à pied).

Le côté vieillot de la cuisine, des salles de bain ainsi que la vétusté du revêtement de sols dans les chambres
