The room was quite small, although it was very clean and the hotel is very clean, we were woken by the mosque next door

Not good at all

Every thing was good until I meet one guy he is work in the property I think he is the owner his name is ( Samy ) he was very rude and ugly way in talking also he ask me to wash the towels or wait for 5 hours under the place till he send it to the lumber and he keep the deposit amount like forcing me to pay him money and he told me I’m didn’t clean my room however it’s in the app like any place .. and he start talk with humiliate way as he is didn’t like to rent for the Egyptian

Samy said s very bad person he didn’t respect anyone and didn’t listen to any opinion and he disturbed us with our family

Great stay - everything was perfect!

Great stay - everything was perfect! A very warm welcome, an extremely high standard apartment, and really pleasant communication via WhatsApp. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and whenever I had a question, help was always proactive. The location is also excellent. You can reach all major spots in Dubai within 15–20 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Thought it would have been a better stay but had to go out every day and night or sit in bedroom/kitchen

Location, ease of access around the area.

Room only had marina view if you bent over the balcony. No area to socialise and relax ie terrace. Door open app is confusing if you are not tech savvy. Noisy if you are at side or front of apartment block. Towels replaced once in 9 days.

Perfect located apartment with a nice view.

The location at the marina is perfect with a child. We were able to reach the surrounding event points by feet. The view to the marina as well as the amenities were amazing and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and modern.

Modern apartment in super location

Super location on Dubai Marina, with restaurants, shops and beach all close by. Lovely, modern apartment with everything you need, and a smashing rooftop pool.

I'd have expected at least some detergent for the washing machine, and more than one loo roll, though there's a supermarket outside so we left plenty for the next guests who stay.

There are too few staff — only one person seems to handle everything. They are not very attentive. The cleanliness is acceptable but not good; if you are particular about cleanliness, you won’t feel comfortable here. They are not helpful.

It was nice but the deposit spoilt the stay

Lovely rooms - spacious and clean

They took away so much of our deposit because there was some make up on the towels, which we said would easily clean in the washing machine. They made us wait 40 mins whilst they poured boiling water on it to see if it would come out. The mosque next door is very loud at the early hours of the morning

Amazing appartment in Marina

Great aartment on the 14th floor with the sunny afternoon balcony. Well equiped, also coffee machine dolce gusto and water clleaner so you do not have to buy water for cooking and drinking. Roof top great pool- sunny all day, gym and sho at the ground floor. You live few steps from marina promenade- amazing.

Awesome views, cozy flat, you have everything needed. Very good area. Metro, shop, restaurants and beach are close by. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Balcony is way too dirty (the glass). When you sit on your terrace you can not enjoy the view👎🏻 When I requested the cleaning, the flat was cleaned very bad: flour and furniture was still very dusty; I asked to refill shampoo and shower gel but they didn’t, and so on. In fact they just changed towels and that’s it. 👎🏻

Amazing place

A wonderful hotel. The apartment was just like in the picture, everything was beautiful, and the room was of a high standard. The view was exactly what I chose, with a lovely fragrance. The people at the reception were very helpful, and the pool, just like in the photo, was a fantastic place. I will definitely return.

Best views in Dubai Marina if you select the right room!

The location of the apartment was really good, close to Marina walk. It had underground car parking which was easy to access. The views from our room / balcony were outstanding which is the reason why we stayed here.

We asked if we could get some extra towels as we staying for 4 days and didn’t want to continuously use the same towel after every shower, we were told we’d only get fresh towels if we stayed for a week or it would cost 50AED! Also we struggled to find a single free plug socket to charge our phone / power bank, it was very unpractical. We had to take plugs off from other appliances to use the sockets. The night security / concierge should pay more attention when a car beeps / flashes at the barrier to enter the car park. I had to wait several minutes every time I tried to access the carpark. I had left the car and go inside to get his attention.

Przy samej Marinie , czysto, nowoczesny obiekt .

Pobierają opłatę jeśli chce się po wymeldowaniu zostawić torby na kilka godzin…. słabe to bardzo, bo apartamenty do tanich nie należą. Pani na recepcji średnio miła. Siedzi jak za karę. Miałem dziwną sytuację , po odebraniu toreb poszedłem z żoną się przebrać do toalety na dole koło recepcji a Pani z recepcji się ciągle dobijała do nas, dziwne to było, jakaś nawiedzona… poza tym spoko budynek i apartamenty, fajny basen na górze dodatkowo.

Pobrudzoną krwią pościel gdy zgłosiłam to na recepcji kazali mi zapłacić 50 aed za wymianę . Otrzymaliśmy 4 ręczniki na 5 dni!!! Brak papieru toaletowego . Słabe wi fi.

Alles was goed. Prima locatie voor als je naar Abu Dhabi wilt. Loop afstand van JBR, bluewater en de marina promenade. Money exchange op 2 min lopen. Diverse 24/7 supermarkten en eettentjes minder dan 2 min. Geen last van moskee er naast. Wij zaten moskee zijde op 2e verdieping

La piscina è davvero piacevole per la vista mozzafiato. Le foto non mentono!

La gentilezza del personale alla reception di notte, al nostro arrivo. Si è fatto in mille per facilitare il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo il filtro dell'acqua.

Migliorerei (come ho sperimentato in altri posti simili) le dotazioni: almeno una cialda di caffè a testa al giorno, qualche bustina di tè e di zucchero, un po' di detersivo per la lavtarice, due tovagliette americane... piccole cose che creano relax.

Замечательные апартаменты. Очень красивая, чистая, уютная квартира. Великолепный вид с балкона. Легкое заселение. Максимум комфорта, бесплатный бассейн, сауна, баня , спортзал. К квартире есть все необходимое , еще есть кофемашина, и нам оставили несколько капсул кофе, очень приятно, спасибо ❤️ И цена тоже замечательная, мы оплатили около ста долларов. Находится на Дубай Марине максимально близко к набережной и Марина Молл . Мы редко бронируем апартаменты, обычно отели. Потому что думали, что апартаменты это сложно, но в этом случае , все максимально комфортно и легко , и плюс недалеко от метро (10-15 мин пешком ) Единственное что было немного не понятно, это залог 1000 дирхам, это примерно 300 долларов. Но когда мы зашли в квартиру поняли, за что был такой залог. Так что с этим тоже все хорошо, при выезде нам его вернули.
