Extremely spacious accommodation with everything available in close proximity, ideal self catering option with wonderful

The property was extremely spacious, with fabulous views straight onto the marina. It worked perfectly for a family of mixed ages and a baby. Easy access onto the Marina walk and in close proximity to JBR and the beach. Plenty of local convenience stores and eateries within walking distance. Also easy to get deliveries of food and to walk to the tram and metro. The 3 ensuite bedrooms are all of a good size, each with a bath and shower, plenty of storage facilities in each room. The pool and gym facilities were excellent and we did not feel the photos did these areas justice. Car parking facilities were good, 2 spaces available for this property.

The property was lacking in the supply of towels, we were provided with 6 hand and bath towels and 3 bath mats, we found it very difficult to get towels washed and dried daily and there was no towel supplied for the baby. A supply of pool / beach towels would also enhance the facilities provided. The kitchen is equipped but again with basic supply of cutlery and crockery but didn’t allow for the dishwasher not to go on after every meal. The outdoor furniture on the main balcony also doesn’t provide 6 comfy chairs, we were able to manage but again this could enhance the property.

Poor service from facilities team

The place is in a good location by Marina beach with the best view. The concierge service was good. Swimming pool very small especially when 10 people get in. Lot of shops and restaurants around for anything you need.

When we arrive there as soon we open the door we were welcoming by too many crockroach in the kitchen. My children could not sleep all night. We reported the problem and we receive a spread. 2 days before we leave the place gas was faulty. No access to cooker. We spent more money on junk food.

Konumu çok güzeldi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde her yer temizdi. Fakat diğer günlerde temizlik hizmeti yok. Ücretli olarak veriliyor diye biliyorum. Her şey güzeldi.
