he prestigious penthouse (Triplex) is on the top of the famous DAMAC THE WAVES tower
The apartment is very big, almost 350 square meters, and it is perfect for 7-8 guest, then we have 2 extra bedrooms after the 3 master bdr.
• Total we have 3 master bedrooms with 2-3 beds each (one king and one single or 2 single) then one studio-guest bedroom (with external bath) and one small maid room near the kitchen (with bath en-suite) over 9-10 guest the group will be a little thin and we need set 1-2 extra guest beds in the living.
Very important: This apartment generally standard cost is around 5000-6000 aed (1500-euro day) in full occupancy! but we settle special discounted rates from small group, so 2-4 guests can't pay how 10-12 or of course 10-12 guests can't pay like 2-4 persons. For avoid any issue don't mistake / broken this simple rule, there is no way to book in 4 and arrive in 6 or 8or more, extra guest are considered illegal and liable by Dubai Police, The security don't allows any unauthorized guest .

When the apartment is booked from 1-2 guest we set one double / triple room, when the apartment is booked from 3-4 guest we set bedding up 2 rooms and beds for 4 guest, it is not possible to book the apartment for 4 guest and have the same treatment how 8-10 guest mean 4 rooms, when the guest want all rooms how single use they have to book the rooms like single use:
