Wspaniały widok na pobliskie atrakcje, jachty wpływające do Mariny, loty spadochronowe kazdego dnia i miasto Dubaj, które żyje 24h. Sam budynek z dobrą organizacją, skanujesz dłoń i korzystasz z basenu, czy siłowni,. Pomimo 97 pięter nie czekasz długo na windę, mieszkańcy bezproblemowi. Gospodarz miły i uczynny, masz pytanie, dzwonisz i jest odpowiedź, można zostawić u gospodarza walizki, jesli wyjeżdzasz później. Blisko tramwaj/bus/metro i Marina Kitchen Restauracja, gdzie zjesz dużo, tanio i smacznie, a obsługa jest zawsze uśmiechnięta.
