Quite lousy apartments
The parking space attributed to this apartment is simply amazing, compared to other parking spaces in Grandeur: it's right next to the lift hall and the adjacent ramp - thankfully you can open the car doors fully! The internet speed is super high.
Washing machine, dishwasher and furniture were all lousy. There was just 1 cutting knife. Seriously? The toaster was not operational. Doors creaking. I can say that this apartment is not maintained well. Configuration of the apartment was awful: a long corridor connecting rooms, little sunshine in the living room. Apartment faced Crescent Road rather than the tennis court on the opposite side in another building, as was expected from the pictures. The road is filled with traffic from the nearby construction site, and sports vehicles at night - so sleeping during this high season time with open windows and breathing fresh air which you might expect is not the best option here. Beach has degraded over the period of nearby construction, with sand getting mixed with residual mud, and sea urchins occupying the beach floor. Check out is at 11am, with the cleaning team hanging upon your head at 11:01.

Decent apartment and good host but needs to be fixed and improved.
The location of the apartment is very convenient, and the amenities like the pool are a nice bonus. The size of the apartment is also good—plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Communication with the rental agency was smooth, and they were generally responsive when needed. Overall, a solid place to stay.
There were several issues during the stay. The designated parking spot was blocked, so I had to leave the car in the sun. A number of small things in the apartment were broken, such as the toilet flush and bathtub. The beach area also wasn't well maintained compared to other properties on the Palm.

Die Lage war super !! Die komplette Anlage war sehr ansprechend.
Unser Apartment war leider nicht rechtzeitig bezugsfähig. Trotz Kommunikation mit der Betreuung, konnten wir tatsächlich erst um 17 Uhr in die Wohnung. Elektrik und Licht funktionierten nur mangelhaft. Küchen-Unterbauleuchten fehlten, waren einfach nicht mehr vorhanden. Geschirr war mangelhaft. Wohnzimmertisch und Beleuchtung fehlten komplett. Irina hat zwar alles nachträglich so gut wie möglich versucht zu organisieren, aber tatsächlich waren wir die ersten 3 Tage nur mit Problemen beschäftigt.
