The unit at Rimal 3 was an upgrade and was well equipped and comfortable with a sea view to enjoy sunsets. Alessandro was an excellent host and managed everything from booking to departure. This stay exceeded expectations and I recommend booking this unit and working with Alessandro to plan your stay in Dubai.

We went to Dubai for 10 days over Christmas to see family. The check in at the apartment in the early hours was brilliant and communication on all levels was flawless. The apartment itself was clean and well situated for all areas and the pool was much better than expected. The only slight boggle was the kitchen was not as well equipped as we had hoped and there was no dishwasher or plugs to do washing up but that was soon rectified by our host lady. We missed having a lounge area but for the amount of time we spent in the apartment it didn’t really matter. Supermarket over the road and the tram outside the front meant great services nearby and the hotels opposite were great for meals out and a pool day with bars and restaurants and a water park at the Meriden was a bonus for my son and nephew. Lovely holiday and so the whole process of booking was so easy - Alessandro was super helpful and Hla the host lady on site couldn’t do more for us. I have recommended the property to a friends family coming over in April too. Thank you for all your help

The property is in a great location. Across the street from beautiful beaches, down the block from new monorail, close to cafes and supermarkets. The apartment has a beautiful pool and medium sized gym on the 5th floor. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has a great floor plan. Home away from home. Alessandro and his team are very receptive and nice hosts. They can hook you up with tours, tell you places to visit, give you tips on the apartment utilities and even guide you to the nearest clinic for pcr test for your way back home.

Super easy check-in. Property manager met me at the property upon check-in. The process itself was very simple. The location is spectacular. Tram station is literally behind the building. There is a great café and grocery store, pharmacy all walking distance.

We were not met on arrival as promised which was frustrating. Then one day into the stay the owner notified us that we would be expected to leave the property 12 hours before the time agreed. Causing significant distress to our young family. Constant confusion around payment methods, surcharges applied and unexplained and general communication was poor and unclear. Happy to visit Ocean Heights again but would certainly use a different owner to book the stay.

We loved Ocean Heights Tower! The staff and other residents are very friendly, the location is great, especially having a supermarket across the road for self-catering, and the communal facilities are amazing. We used the gym and the pool and children's play areas lots so our 5 year old son loved it too! We also had picnics in the open BBQ area close to the pool and preferred the pool to the beach as it has lots of well-needed shade. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. If you're into lots of cooking then it's a bit lacking with no shelves in the oven and only two bowls, but we made do and really enjoyed hanging out there when we weren't out and about visiting stuff. The agent Mrs. Hla was really lovely and checked us in and out with lots of smiles :-). We'd definitely stay in the apartment again on a trip to Dubai as we much preferred it to being in the crowds of the big hotels and enjoyed doing our own thing. Thank you to Alessandro and Team for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Location is great, with tram station and Carrefour supermarket just across the street. View from our balcony was amazing. Were there for the ironman triathlon and I was able to ride my bike to transition easily - about 8km. Enjoyed some days of vacation after the race, did Safari tour and Abu Dhabi tour. Recommend dinning at the Fish Taverna restaurant at the Westin hotel across the street. Your table will be on the beach with amazing views. Had a great time - thanks

I stayed there for three months. Location is good. There is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs and the reception team and security staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and has nice views.

Where do I even begin??? First of all, the owner, Alex... the most humble, helpful and attentive host that you could ever ask for. Obviously, communicating via email and whatsapp can sometimes appear to look like I am asking too many questions but Alex was always on hand to offer assistance. This was for a group of 8 Londoners who travelled for my 30th birthday andafter my enquiry, I got the best deal and Alex helped with this. Alex allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in due to our flight arriving early which was greatly appreciated. Next Rosario, the agent. What a great guy! Again, very attentive and always on hand if we needed him. He also helped us with getting discounts around and arranged one of our activities. Within the apartments, they also provide you with a local phone so that you can get around; this was sucha sweet gesture! The rooms were exactly as described and the views that we woke up to every day were amazing. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was that the pool hardly caught the sunshine (obviously this is not anyone's fault!) however, the beach was about 15 minutes walk. The tram stop (station 7) is right outside the apartment and is a great connection to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa etc should you wish to go there and the supermarket is right on the door step of the apartment. Would I come hear again? ABSOLUTELY!!! This apartment will always have a special place in my heart as I got engaged on my birthday here. Thank you for EVERYTHING Alex and Rosario (and staff!) We are arranging another trip to Dubai by the end of the year so I will be in touch :-)

The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for our party of six. We found the apartment was ideally positioned with a lovely view of the marina and a beautiful clean sandy beach a short stroll away. There are many excellent restaurants in close locality. Ottima sistemazione sulla Marina, ampio appartamento al 30° piano, dotato di numerosi comfort, dalla cucina fornitissima, due bagni di cui quello grande con vasca idromassaggio e vista mare. L'appartamento si trova nel famoso grattacielo "OCEAN EIGHTS" con piscina fronte mare, biliardo, sauna, idromassaggio e ping pong. Altra nota lieta e' il personale dell' OCEAN, sempre presente e gentilissima per aiutare gli ospiti in ogni tipo di richiesta. Appena usciti dallo stabile un fornitissimo supermercato "Carrefour" con molte marche italiane a prezzi buonissimi. A pochi passi spiaggia pubblica "Barasti beach" dotata di ogni comfort. Per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti molto comodo il tram appena fuori dallo stabile, anche se per girare a Dubai e' preferibile usare il taxi perche' e' molto piu' economico e fuori dalla hall ci sono sempre taxi in attesa dei passeggeri, anche alle 4 di notte senza bisogno di prenotazione. In poche parole............VACANZA e LOCATION FAVOLOSA.

We had great holidays, apartment was really good, we like it so much. Even nice location, we reach at knowledge village by the car only for 4 minutes it's perfect. To Marina Walk by the walk we reached 5 minutes only. To Barasti beach 2 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Agent very friendly and she was always in touch if we had something to ask abt cleaning or others question she always helped even on weekends. No complaints, thank you so much for everything. I recommend Alex. And want to say him thanks.

Our apartment in the awesome tower of Ocean Heights was clean and spacious providing an excellent base to visit the various Dubai attractions. It was a 10 min walk to the many restaurants of Dubai marina and had a tram stop immediately across the road which provided an easy connection to the metro which we used to visit the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Creek. Would definitely book this apartment again.
