Perfect stay in Dubai

The apartment was clean, modern, and perfectly located. The pool and beach access were amazing, and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Nice location but a bit pricey for the services provided

Price is high for the services provided Parking is a bit mess, other cars are parked at the allocated parking space for the apartment. We had to drive around to find available parking from other offered options. Only a a couple of coffee bags provided even for several days of stay No water provided No beach/pool towel provided. We had to rent towel by the pool.

An excellent location with great proximity to the beach and local amenities

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect - just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful long shoreline lined with restaurants and beach clubs. It’s also very close to the mall, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the access to the rooftop swimming pool—it was a great spot to relax. The security team at the reception was also very helpful and welcoming, guiding us whenever we needed assistance. Overall, a great experience. We'd happily return!

it would feel almost morbid to find something to complain about! The home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for 7 days as a family with a 5-month-old baby. From practical essentials to comfort touches, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The property has an excellent location, just steps from the beach, which made our stay very convenient. However, the beach itself could benefit from having facilities like a foot wash or shower—something we definitely missed. Additionally, while we had planned to head to the beach early to avoid the heat, both the beach access and swimming pool only open at 8 AM, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially with a baby who can't stay long in the sun.

A comfortable, well-equipped stay in a great location with excellent service

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The communication was excellent—always connected and responsive, with my WhatsApp messages answered almost instantly, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. There’s plenty of storage, a hairdryer, washing machine, all the cooking ware you could need, and even washing powder provided for a couple of loads—such a thoughtful touch! The location is fantastic, with a dedicated beach area just a very short walk away along a picturesque promenade. The walk itself is lovely, lined with interesting restaurants if you feel like stopping for dinner. There’s also a great pet-friendly café nearby that serves healthy breakfasts, which we really enjoyed. For those who like to keep active, the gym is quite large and has all the essential equipment you’d need.

The only recommendation I have is to improve the Wi-Fi connection, as it could be a bit stronger. But overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay in a great location with excellent service!

Wonderful place to be positioned in Dubai - everything you need !!

The apartment was fresh, cooling worked well, it was very hot when I was there. Access to the pool and gym facilities, excellent restaurants, across the road from the mall, plenty of taxis on hand to get about easily, everything I needed.

Great apartment

Location could not be better, 5 min to mall with amazing Georgian restaurant and Waitrose and 2 min to beach. Close to nice beach clubs, restaurants and amazing promenade. The beach from hotel is okay, but no toilets or changing cabins - just loungers and umbrellas and small swimming area. The view from the pool is unbelievable. Apartments are clean, have small kitchen with huge fridge and balcony. Building is nice too. No noise in the apartment. Bathroom is good as well. We had everything we could possibly need. The host is good and quickly replies. Thank you very much we enjoyed our stay.

No luggage storage, only in hotel in the other side of the building. The pool is very busy, at the end of the day it’s more of a soup rather than pool. Hard to get loungers at least in beginning of May. We preferred to stay in beach clubs. Our balcony was viewing busy road.

Perfect location

Great location especially for the price. It is right on west beach which has a lovely promenade to walk or run along and lots of bars, beach clubs and lovely restaurants nearby, you can also walk across the road to the mall in 5 minutes. The rooftop pool is great, the food and drinks you can have there are also really nice! The room itself is small but more than comfortable and very clean. There is a nice view of the small port from the balcony! Rami was great at answering any questions I had pre arrival and when we arrived. We had a small issue with the shower which he had sorted within 15 minutes of me messaging him. Great accommodation would use again!

Tolle Ausgangslage für aufregende Dubai-Tage.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, so dass man sich seine Verpflegung je nach Budget und Ambiente ganz individuell und unkompliziert jeden Tag neu zusammenstellen kann. Manchmal haben wir einfach bei waitrose eingekauft und am Strand gefrühstückt, ein andermal im Café unten und dann wieder schick in der Mall. Die Rooftop-Bar des Hotels ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, die aufregenden Tage in Dubai entspannt zu beenden und auch am Strand haben wir immer genug Auswahl an entspannten Plätzen gehabt.

Der Pool auf dem Dach hat eine tolle Aussicht, die Liegen dort sind jedoch recht gedrängt

Me gusto la persona que me atendio desde el primer momento de la reserva dandome mucha calma , y a la llegada estuvo muy pendiente , muy amable , asi como aun llegando mucho antes de la entrada nos hizo el favor de darnos entrada casi inmediata esto fue muy importante .

Se necesita en el apartamente un kit de limpieza si se esta muchos dias como mi caso .

La réactivité , le professionnalisme et le sérieux de l’hôte ! Il répond très rapidement , il est vraiment très réactif ! Tout est très bien organisé du début à la fin . C’est très rassurant ! L’hôte est très attentionné et la communication avec lui a été parfaite . Aucun soucis dans la chambre , tout fonctionnait parfaitement ! Un séjour formidable !

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist super gut gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen grossen Pool mit toller Aussicht, einem sauberen Strand und die Mall ist gleich die Strasse gegenüber. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Check-In verlief reibungslos und sehr einfach. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden gleich wieder buchen.
