Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience—Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I suffered through three miserable nights in sweltering heat because the AC was broken, and the hotel refused to offer a refund or even a reasonable solution. Sleeping here felt like being trapped in a sauna—except saunas are at least intentional. The room was filthy, with dust, grime, and a musty smell that hit me like a wall the second I walked in. The towels? Dingy, stiff, and questionable at best. The bed? Hard as a rock, making an already unbearable stay even worse. Management was completely indifferent, showing zero concern for their guests' comfort. They knew the AC was broken and still had the audacity to charge full price. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the last hotel on Earth. Save yourself the misery and book literally anywhere else.

I would not recommend to stay in this apartment as you should come to The Palm to enjoy some relaxing time and peaceful mind. The owner and staff would just ruin of all that. They do not answer to email, they do not share the arrival instructions, they do not answer to the phone and They increase the city tax rate. I was able to check in 2 hours after the normal check in time (past 5pm) because I started to insist. Otherwise I could have just stayed outside the all night. The building is not done to help you. There is no reception as this is a residential area, if you have luggage you have to pay to get them hold, you want a towel ? Same again. They do not answer to emails. I was in Dubai from 10 am and asked to pay for an early check in. Never got any answered. I tried to shared this bad experience with my booking website, again, they tried to reach the owner and never were able to reach them (so did not get any compensation). That trip was terrible as I spent more time trying to get my instructions with whoever would help me, and finally did not appreciate my only one day off between work time. Don’t lose your time and money for those people. 1 star for the nice swimming pool though.
